Episode 1 - South Manchester

Colin and Adele build an eye-popping curved glass family home in the south Manchester suburb where the couple grew up.

  

Episode 2 - Tunbridge Wells

Kate and Rob replace their 1940s prefab with a bespoke, modern, warm home – that will also be built in a factory using volumetric modular construction.

  

Episode 3 - Canterbury

Dorran builds his wife and three children a super modern underground lair of a house on a hill outside Canterbury. This is an epic project that tests one man to his limits.

  

Episode 4 - Chess Valley

Determined to create a home that reflects their backgrounds, Zimbabwean born Davi, and Matt from Australia, set out to build a house with a radical multicultural design.

  

Episode 5 - Derbyshire

Mike and Sarah set out to build a 21st-century version of a historic longhouse. With a highly complex roof shape that echoes the angles of the surrounding fields, building it was not going to be easy.

  

Episode 6 - Dunstable

John and Helen demolish an old dilapidated house on site. A new high-tech wheelchair-accessible pavilion, complete with wildlife garden, will be built in its place for 1.3 million pounds.

  

Episode 7 - Sydenham Hill

Corinne is a chef who loves to cook and entertain. Now the South Londoner is rustling up plans for a beautifully crafted, double kitchen home, designed around her love of cooking.

  

Episode 8 - North Devon Revisited

In 2011, Edward and Hazel set out to build a lighthouse. By 2019, they were near bankruptcy with just a rusting shell. Kevin is back to see if anything has been salvaged from this disastrous project.

  

Episode 9 - South Somerset Revisited

Kevin McCloud revisits Vicky and Ed, who in 2015, set out to transform an old derelict cowshed into a twenty first century, off grid smallholding.

  

Episode 10 - Bolton Revisited

In 2015, builder Paul and his wife Carol set out to create a bold, fortress-like home on the southern edge of the wild West Pennine Moors. Kevin is now back to see if this home is finally finished.

  

Episode 11 - Devon Revisited

Kevin returns to see Sue and Martin's renovation of a couple of 16th and 18th century barns that they began in 1999.
