Episode 1 - Snakes and LaddersA disgruntled horse owner causes trouble for Ty and Amy’s business, leading to a disagreement about whether to take him on as a client. Meanwhile, when Georgie returns from Europe, Phoenix must be quarantined at Heartland, and trouble arises when he begins to display distressing symptoms, impacting the entire ranch. Jack tries to distract Luke by teaching him to ride, and when Amy and Ty decide they need more living space, Tim devises a plan to take over the loft.

Episode 2 - Wild OneAmy is hired to gentle one of the wild horses, but his temperament may prove impossible to work with. Meanwhile, Georgie is dragged to a university open house by Peter and ends up face to face with Wyatt after months apart. And when Luke has trouble sleeping in his own room, it’s left to Amy to figure out a way to help him feel more comfortable. Then, Tim is affronted when Jack unwittingly becomes the face of Heartland Beef’s new advertising campaign.

Episode 3 - Rearview MirrorJack is faced with painful memories from his past, and the family is at a loss for how to help him. Meanwhile, Amy works with Jade’s new roping horse who is displaying serious problems, as Ty and Caleb track down the shady seller Jade bought the horse from. And Lou tries to hide her new relationship with Mitch from Katie.

Episode 4 - The Eye of the StormA dangerous windstorm wreaks havoc on Hudson. While taking refuge in Heartland’s old root cellar, mementos from his past lead Jack to reveal a painful secret he’s been holding onto. Meanwhile, Amy is worried when Ty braves the storm to confront a vengeful ex-client, risking his life in the process. And at the Dude Ranch, Lou and Peter stage an intervention when they discover Georgie hasn’t applied for college.

Episode 5 - FairytaleAmy and Ty worry about the impact a surprise visitor will have on Luke. Meanwhile, Georgie bonds with a client horse she’s caring for, and tries to convince Amy to confront the horse’s owner about its wellbeing. Jack helps Tim search for his horse, Champ, who disappeared during the storm, and Lou and Mitch go on a wildly unsuccessful romantic getaway.

Episode 6 - A Time to RememberGeorgie’s graduation has finally arrived, but so has a mysterious figure from her past. Meanwhile Amy retrains one of Lisa’s racehorses as a jumper and learns more about Georgie’s surprise visitor in the process. And while Tim plays protective grandfather to Georgie, Lou deals with tension from all sides as the cattle business begins to fall apart and Mitch’sconstant absence puts a strain on their relationship.

Episode 7 - The Art of TrustAmy is asked to spend time at an art retreat to work with an artist’s allegedly traumatized horse. Jack and Lisa take the opportunity to join Amy on the retreat for some peace and quiet, but the arrival of unexpected guests throws a wrench in their plans. Meanwhile Georgie tests the waters of a new relationship, but added pressures from family cause issues fromthe start. And when Lou notices friction between Katie and Luke, she devises a series of exercises to strengthen their bond.

Episode 8 - LegacyTim is roped into organizing an important rodeo when an old flame blows back into Hudson asking for his help. Then, put to task by Tim, Jack discovers the hardships faced by aging rodeo stars after retirement, and decides to incite change. Meanwhile, Amy oversees a competition between Jade and Georgie to help them get over roommate trouble, as Lou busies herself with learning more about the dangers a new mayoral candidate poses for Hudson.

Episode 9 - Fight or FlightAmy and Ty get some unexpected news about Luke just as Amy has to face an upsetting truth about Spartan. Meanwhile, as Ty deals with an influx of injured animals, Lou thinks she knows what’s causing the problem, but Tim warns her against risking her mayoral campaign on a dangerous theory. And while Jack helps Luke with a secret project, Georgie works on finding a way to help Amy’s dilemma with Spartan, but her motives may not be entirely selfless.

Episode 10 - The Passing of the TorchWhen fears of holding on or letting go grip the family, they look to each other for support through dangerous challenges. Amy throws herself into gentling a colt with Spartan’s help, but intense emotions threaten to cloud her judgement. Meanwhile, the reappearance of Ty’s spirit animal puts him on edge and leads to a life-threatening situation for both he and Amy. While Lou’s mayoral campaign heats up when her opponent threatens not only the local wildlife, but also her family, Georgie goes after what she wants, no matter the risk. Meanwhile Jack worries about the future of the cattle business and tries to get Mitch back on-side, but Tim’s interference may derail Jack’s plans.
