Episode 1 - Finding FreedomAmy is inspired to take her horsemanship to a new level when she works with a professional liberty horse trainer. She realizes she has to return to her roots when it comes to her work with horses and her relationship with Ty. Meanwhile, a leaky roof causes Ty to make a big decision that he thinks will help them grow as a couple. But Amy is very apprehensive; she isn't so sure Ty has made the best choice for their future. Tim is having no luck tracking down Miranda and Shane since she dropped the bombshell that Shane is his son… until Shane surprises everyone by just showing up at Heartland. On his own. And Mallory entertains the idea of going with the recently-single-again Jake to the Spring Fling. But only if it's on "her terms".

Episode 2 - Something in the NightWhen Tim is coerced to go with Jack on a secret mission Amy is left back at Heartland with Janice to get a young racehorse ready for his maiden run. Unfortunately, Amy and Janice butt heads over their opposing methods for training the young racehorse. On the road, Jack forces Tim to talk to Miranda and learns why she doesn't want Shane to have anything to do with Tim, or Heartland for that matter. Meanwhile, a cute but chaotic gang of furry four-legged troublemakers foils Ty's big plans for a special dinner date with Amy. In the midst of all of this, Mallory is down on love.

Episode 3 - What's in a Name?When Tim reveals to the family that Shane is his son it throws everybody for a loop and threatens to ruin the traditional Bartlett-Fleming naming ceremony for Lou's baby.

Episode 6 - The Slippery SlopeA friend from Jack's past shows up at Heartland when one of their old band mates passes away. Lou and Lisa secretly try to gather the other remaining members for a reunion performance to celebrate Jack's birthday.

Episode 9 - Cover MeWhen Tim's young racehorse Cisco is stolen on the way to his maiden race, Amy and Ty get help tracking him down from an unlikely source - Ty's step-father, Wade.

Episode 12 - Road to NowhereWhen Jack learns Ty is riding his bike solo to a remote lake to spread his father's ashes he decides to surprise Ty and join him for this meaningful road trip.

Episode 13 - AftermathIn an attempt to avoid hitting a wolf, Ty is badly injured when he crashes his bike on a remote road, leaving Jack to search for help in the middle of nowhere.
