Episode 4 - Heat A: Dessert DayLiam sets a fragile Technical Challenge with a fruity twist as the bakers are asked to make a dessert shaped like a pineapple. The bakers then create their dream holidays in cheesecake form. |
Episode 5 - Heat A: Pastry DayThe bakers are asked to make one of the most iconic French patisseries in the world… shaped to look like Harry. They must then use their skills to transform their favourite takeaway. |
Episode 6 - Heat B: Cake DayIt’s day one for the second heat. The group take on a topsy-turvy cake that’s very personal to Liam. The judges then ask the bakers to express their imaginings by making ‘Dream Come True Cakes’. |
Episode 7 - Heat B: Biscuit DayRav asks the bakers to make a spectacle of a Technical by creating fashion-conscious wearable biscuits. They are then asked to create an ‘About Me’ biscuit box. |
Episode 8 - Heat B: Bread DayIn the first challenge the bakers show off their bread shaping skills in a cute Technical Challenge with a spicy kick. The bakers then get artistic while making fiddly focaccias. |
Episode 9 - Heat B: Dessert DayThe bakers struggle to avoid meltdown in an icy Technical Challenge that defies logic. Next, they create dessert imposters: tasty sweet desserts, baked and decorated to look like savoury meals. |
Episode 10 - Heat B: PastryLiam sets an all-star Technical with delicious short crust pastry and cherry pie filling. Then the bakers must show originality and finesse when the judges ask them to design their own family crests. |
Episode 11 - Finals Week: Chocolate DayThe pressure is on in the first challenge where Rav asks the bakers to combine chocolate and miso to create one of her favourite sweet and salty bakes. |
Episode 12 - Finals Week: Super Snack DayThe bakers attempt to impress Queen of Snacks Rav by recreating her ultimate sandwich recipe. In the Showstopper, the bakers go supersize and make giant versions of their favourite sweet treats. |
Episode 13 - Finals Week: Magical DayThings get soapy when sponge takes on a double meaning and the bakers prepare to do the washing up. The bakers’ culinary sorcery skills are then tested when they make flowing cakes. |
Episode 14 - Finals Week: Fruit DayThe bakers are up against the clock setting layers of jelly and fruit. In the Showstopper construction is key as the bakers are tasked with building magnificent meringue towers. |
Episode 15 - Finals Week: The FinalIn the only Signature Challenge of the series, the bakers create ice-cream sandwiches and ready to share with family and friends. Next, is their last chance to impress with a Finale Fun Fair Cake. |
