Episode 1 - Heat A: Cake DaySponge baking and jam making are put to the test in a tricky first Technical Challenge. In the Showstopper, the bakers must impress with cakes themed around being the Prime Minister.

Episode 2 - Heat A: Biscuit DayRav brings a touch of magic to the tent for the Technical. For their Showstopper, the bakers are then tasked with creating a biscuit diorama to show off what their very best Saturday would look like.

Episode 3 - Heat A: Bread DayFirst, the bakers must avoid big cat-astrophes in the Technical before testing their shaping skills in the Showstopper, baking famous historical figures out of bread.

Episode 4 - Heat A: Dessert DayIt’s dessert day and the bakers must battle to stay afloat in a tricky amphibious Technical, while the sky’s the limit in the Showstopper, with an out-of-this-world, dessert-laden milkshake.

Episode 5 - Heat A: Pastry DayRav surprises the bakers with a new piece of kit in the Technical; for the Showstopper the bakers must overcome their worst fears and bake their phobias into a tart.

Episode 6 - Heat B: Cake DayThe second batch of bakers enter the tent. In the Technical they take on a cake pop with an expression they won’t want to see on the judges' faces. In the Showstopper they reveal their hidden talents.

Episode 7 - Heat B: Biscuit DayIt’s biscuit day and Rav asks the bakers to see into the future and make cookies. In the Showstopper the bakers must construct their own 8th wonders of the world.

Episode 8 - Heat B: Bread DayThe remaining bakers must rise to two tricky challenges on bread day. Liam sets a cute BBQ classic for the Technical, and in the Showstopper the bakers immortalize their best friends in bread.

Episode 9 - Heat B: Dessert DayIt’s dessert day and Liam sets the bakers the muckiest Technical ever seen in the tent. Later, the bakers must leave the school gates behind and create their dream school trip out of blondies.

Episode 10 - Heat B: PastryRav ramps up the pressure in the Technical by asking the bakers to make her favourite guilty pleasure. Later, the bakers are tasked with creating superheroes from choux.

Episode 11 - Finals Week: Breakfast DayThe bakers celebrate the most important meal of the day: breakfast! First they must create an airy snack with a love it or hate it filling before stacking layers of delicious pancakes sky-high.

Episode 12 - Finals Week: Street FoodIt’s day two of finals week and the bakers must fuse two delicious street food items in the Technical before creating supersize snacks in a go big or go home Showstopper.

Episode 13 - Finals Week: Food HacksThe six remaining bakers take on food hacks. The Technical sees them uniting two cult foods before their precision is truly tested with huge cookie layer cakes in the Showstopper.

Episode 14 - Finals Week: PatisserieIt’s the semi-final and time for patisserie. The Technical may look cute, but a bad temper could ruin everything. In the Showstopper the bakers attempt the pinnacle of sophistication, entremets.

Episode 15 - Finals Week: The FinalIt’s the final and the stakes couldn’t be higher as the bakers prepare for a glitzy red carpet event. In the only signature of the series, they must prepare 24 mini desserts.
