Season 3 Episode Guide
Episode 1 - The Man in the SwampAnna has started at her new job as a criminal investigator, and her first task is to identify a man who was shot and thrown in the Utterslev Mose. The man was wearing a police badge, but is he really who he purports to be? And when Anna later speaks with one of the suspects in the case, she suddenly ends up in a very serious, life-threatening situation. In connection with the investigation of the murder, Kim and Karim encounter a violent experience. Kim has to go to the emergency room, where he is being treated by a very sweet nurse - with an immigrant background. Daniel invites Anna to dinner in Sweden as he has something important to talk to her about. And at Bellahøj Martin pops up unexpectedly, after he has been for a job interview.

Episode 2 - True or FalseMartin has had surgery and now he’s ready to return to the force. Eva hires him at KRIM, so now he and Anna are colleagues again. And apparently neither he, Anna – or Daniel – have a problem with that. A large cruise ship docks in Copenhagen, and some wealthy Americans have two very expensive travel bags stolen. A young couple, which is employed on the ship, comes to the attention of the police, and Anna and Martin head up the investigation. Now the case, which at first looked like a string of random trick thefts, suddenly takes an unexpected turn. Finally, Kim has to go to the ER again but this time it’s not because of his injured cheek.

Episode 3 - House and HomeA homeless man is found severely injured under a bridge. At first, it looks like a suicide attempt, but when Anna investigates the case a witness comes forward with a different version of the case. When she agrees to help the police, serious consequences ensue. The homeless man is in a coma at the hospital, and Kim volunteers to stand guard at the ward, because he has a plan. But at first, things don’t go exactly according to plan. Daniel takes Anna to see a house in Søllerød and he has a surprise for her that she doesn’t like at first. This also creates problems on the home front, where Jan gets disappointed and angry. In return, Henning brings her good news.

Episode 4 - Happy SlappingOn the way home from the cinema, Anna and Daniel are attacked by four young guys. At first, the police believe that this is a case of so-called ”happy slapping”, where youngsters attack people and record it on their cell phones. Daniel react quite violently, and Sune, who claims, that Daniel has butted him, is the one who is most affected by that. And in the middle of all that, Sune’s mother shows up. Of course, both Anna and Daniel are questioned about the attack, and the interrogations affect Anna’s relationship with Daniel. Suddenly she gets in doubt about whether she can trust him. Kim is making dinner for Samira, and that requires help from Jan. The dinner doesn’t turn out quite as expected – and what if Karim finds out, that Kim has started dating his sister?

Episode 5 - Once GuiltyA 9-year-old boy goes missing in the Copenhagen Zoo, and one of his shoes is found in the polar bear cave. Everything seems to indicate that pedophile man is at large, and when a suspect is called in for questioning, Eva gives him quite a rough treatment. Anna tries to talk to Eva about her reaction, but Eva brushes off Anna – until Henning luckily shows up. Karim finds out, that Kim and Samira have become lovers. This has consequences for the otherwise successful cooperation between the two officers - and that causes Ole to react. Anna is drinking a glass of red wine with Mik and Martin, when Daniel comes by to pick her up. And clearly, Daniel doesn’t like what he’s seeing.

Episode 6 - The Girl on the Balcony, Pt. 1A young girl with a Pakistani background tries to commit suicide, and at first the police think that this is only about a forced marriage. But when Anna and her colleague investigate the case further, it turns out that there’s much more at stake. Karim is still having some trouble getting used to his sister and Kim being a couple. But their relationship is also met with disapproval from another side. And things aren’t problem-free for Jan and Therese, either. Daniel and Anna decide to let their families meet each other in a restaurant, but the meeting doesn’t work out as expected. And finally, Mads has new problems.

Episode 7 - The Girl on the Balcony, Pt. 2Jamila couldn’t handle the pressure from her family, which she has returned to. And now the preparations for her wedding with the son of the Pakistani Mafia boss are in progress. Meanwhile, shots are fired at her boyfriend, Mahmood, who still does what he can to get back Jamila. And when Anna and Martin show up at the wedding, the events develop very quickly. Back in the apartment, Anna tries to explain to Mikkel, why he and Daniel aren’t going snowboarding after all. And then Kim gets one piece of advice too many about how to treat Shamira.

Episode 8 - Mikala's ChoiceTo infiltrate a drug network among the women in Vestre Prison, Anna has to take a job as a prison guard. And when the drugs are smuggled into the ward where Mikala is serving her time, their paths cross again. Mikala agrees to help her old colleagues to bust the drug smugglers. But as she soon learns, being a police snitch is not without its risks. Kim and Shamira are planning to move together and they have invited Kim’s mother to dinner. But the dinner doesn’t turn out as any of them had expected. Therese has found a new lover, and this makes Jan nervous about their joint custody of Molly. And suddenly, Martin is off to take a new job in Århus.

Episode 9 - Under Accusation, Pt. 1Anna and Martin are investigating a trivial case of theft, but in connection with the arrest of two petty criminals, Anna is suddenly forced to draw her sidearm. This has extremely serious consequences – not just for the investigation, but also for Anna as a police officer and a person. Henning does whatever he can to support her, but unfortunately he can’t prevent Anna’s life from being turned upside down. At the same time, this has consequences for Martin’s relationship with Anna. Shamira invites Kim along for a family trip, and after some deliberation, he accepts it. But obviously not everybody thinks that’s a good idea.

Episode 10 - Under Accusation, Pt. 2After the killing of the petty criminal, Bjørn, the district attorney considers indicting Anna, who may, in the worst-case scenario, be sentenced to 10 years in prison. But even though Anna has been suspended from active duty, nothing can prevent her and Martin from continuing the investigation independently and staging their own reconstruction at the scene of the crime. And certain things seem to indicate that the police have indeed overlooked something. Among other things, this leads to the arrest of a drug dealer, whom the police are unfortunately unable to build a case against. But then Anna steps into character and shows her skills as a police officer. Finally, Anna’s family and friends are gathered for a large picnic. So maybe there’s hope for the future after all?
