Episode 2 - The Trail to TombstoneAs Wyatt and his group enter Arizona they are stopped by a representative of Wells Fargo. He wants the Earps to work for them which they turn down until Wyatt and Doc learn Dave Mather is nearby. They want him for killing Mike de Graff.

Episode 3 - TombstoneEarp decides to ride into Tombstone alone and unarmed to see for himself how bad it is. He finds himself caught in the midst of an ongoing dispute between the miners and Clantons. Mistaken for a cowboy, he is helped by Nellie Cashman.

Episode 4 - Wyatt's DecisionEarp decides to leave Tombstone but learns the Clantons are gunning for him. Nellie Cashman and Dick Gird want Earp to stay to bring law and order to Tombstone. Earp with Doc's help is forced to fight the Clantons as Earp sets a trap.

Episode 5 - Lineup for BattleWhen a man rides into Tombstone with three bullets in him, Earp decides to go alone to arrest Old Man Clanton for stealing the man's horses. A concerned Nellie asks Doc to accompany Wyatt. Emma Clanton shows her feelings for Earp.

Episode 6 - The Nugget and the EpitaphEarp soon learns that the Tombstone newspaper The Nugget is run by a crooked editor who in league with the gangs running Arizona including the Clantons. When he meets an honest ex-newspaperman, Earp pushes him to open the honest Epitaph.

Episode 7 - The Perdify of Shotgun GibbsEarp request his old deputy to join him in Tombstone. On the way there Shotgun is asked by the Clanton gang to vote ten times in the Tombstone election for the judge. Earp tells Shotgun to follow through on his agree to do so.

Episode 8 - You Can't Fight City HallEarp's crackdown on crime in Tombstone is causing big problems for the Clanton gang which in turn is hurting the Ten Percent Ring in Tucson. Old Man Clanton learns there is a plan a foot to change things but he must be patient.

Episode 9 - Behan Shows His HandClum and others want Earp to take a posse after the men he was forced to release but Earp declines. With Behan as the sheriff of the new Cochise County it becomes his task. When they give themselves up, Earp questions Behan's loyalties.

Episode 10 - The Ring of DeathFed up with Earp's interference, the head of the 10 Percent Ring in Tucson decides to kill Earp. He gives orders to ask Doc Holliday to Tucson for a high stakes poker game as bait to draw an unsuspecting Earp to Tucson to be killed.

Episode 11 - Wyatt Wins OneEarp is summoned to Fort Huachuca where he is told Old Man Clanton has put a claim in for $7000 of beef stolen by the Apaches. Earp investigates for the Army winning the favor of young Geronimo and a battle against the Clanton gang.

Episode 12 - The FugitiveEarp arrests the son of a Mexican for a murder before he crosses the Mexican border. Earp must get his prisoner back to Tombstone but a posse sent by Behan is after the same man as the man's family decide to kill Earp to protect a secret.

Episode 13 - The Noble OutlawsEarp's friend Ned Buntline comes to Tombstone hoping Earp will introduce him to the Clantons so he can use them in a new book. Earp decide to have his practical joking friend teach Buntline a lesson about outlaws not being Robinhood.

Episode 14 - The PaymasterMajor Fletcher asks Earp to help transport a $15,000 Army payroll to the Army fort from Tombstone on the stage with an interesting set of passengers. Bandits attack stage but Earp finds the real threat is different than he thought. It

Episode 15 - The Clayton's Family RowThe heat is on Earp from everyone when Curly Bill Brocius and Johnny Ringo threaten to shoot it out in Tombstone over a dead horse. Each man's side kick keeps the pressure on the two while Doc takes bets on the outcome of the shootout.

Episode 16 - The MatchmakerShotgun Gibbs decides that Earp and Nellie Cashman are made for each other and should get married. He sets up a dinner between them which in turn fuels rumors that reach the Emma Clanton and the Clanton boys who take advantage of it.

Episode 17 - Get Shotgun GibbsThe Ten Percent Ring wants retribution for the killing of Priddy. Sheriff Behan convinces them that rather than killing Earp or Doc who he suspects killed Priddy to let him have Shotgun Gibbs killed which will discourage Earp.

Episode 18 - Wells Fargo Calling Marshal EarpWells Fargo asks Earp to help them solve the problem of silver ingots being stolen due to constant thefts on a 30 mile run. Earp suspects an inside source so he devises a plan to confound the thieves and break the entire ring.

Episode 19 - A Murderer's ReturnConvict Dobie Jenner arrives in Tombstone after being released from Yuma prison for murder. When his old mining partner George McKean sees him in town, he goes to Earp telling him to run Jenner out of town saying he is dangerous.

Episode 20 - The Big Fight at Total WreckDick Gird has hired Irish and Welsh miners to work at the Total Wreck mine but the old country feud between the two nationalities creates constant fights. Contrary to Earp's advice Nellie Cashman believes she can create peace between them.

Episode 21 - Frontier SurgeonDuring the holdup of the stage, the gang leader Tinkham Brown is wounded. Earp wants Doc Goodfellow to tell Earp if the outlaws come after him but Doc Goodfellow refuses. Earp follows him but winds up in a truce with the outlaw gang.

Episode 22 - Let's Hang Curly BillAfter a warning by Earp Marshal Fred White tries to take the pistol from a drunk Curly Bill Brocius. White's actions cause the gun to fire mortally wounding him. Earp a witness is forced to protect Brocius from a city lynch mob.

Episode 23 - Silver DollarEarp rescues a new girl called Silver Dollar from an amorous man in front of the Alhambra where she works and takes her to Nellie Cashman for a new job. Doc and Shotgun think Earp is in love but his wire to Pinkerton says otherwise.

Episode 24 - The Case of Senor HuertoA boy and his mother from Mexico arrive in Tombstone asking Earp to turn over the body of his father who was murdered in Tombstone by a Mr. Granby. Earp has no knowledge of the man or murder but he knows a mild-mannered Granby in town. It

Episode 25 - The Arizona LotteryA string of murders occur at Tombstone caused by the Tucson Ten Percent Ring stealing the winning Arizona lottery tickets. Earp gathers proof of the ring's involvement hoping to use the testimony of a winning couple to convict the leader.

Episode 26 - Don't Get Tough with a SailorEarp must contend with Capt. Rowland, retired naval officer, who runs his own legal system on his property including a jail. When Sheriff Behan releases two horse thieves Rowland turned over to Earp, Rowland decides Behan needs jail time.

Episode 27 - The ScoutAn Army scout nicknamed the listener returns to Tombstone finds his Apache wife killed by the Apaches in retribution for his attacks on Apache renegades. He goes on a killing spree forcing Earp to lead an Apache party to try to arrest him.

Episode 28 - The Buntline SpecialBilly Clanton arrives home unexpectedly from school in San Antonio. Emma wants Old Man Clanton to send him back to school but Billy and his brothers Phin and Ike have other ideas. Billy adds to the problem by stealing Earp's Buntline.

Episode 29 - China MaryWith several hundred Chinese in Tombstone, resentment brews among them about their treatment. suddenly a rash of beatings and thefts cause problems for Earp when a man is killed by the Chinese Earp turns to their queen China Mary for help.

Episode 30 - His Life in His HandsEarp has convinced Wells Fargo to use undercover agents to help protect shipments but the job is dangerous. After stopping one of Clanton's robbery attempts, Earp realizes the agent is in danger for his life unless Earp acts to save him.

Episode 31 - Behan's Double GameEarp learns Old Man Clanton is moving some of his stolen silver. Earp catches two of the gang and silver but in Tombstone Sheriff Behan releases the men saying they escaped. It is time for a showdown between Earp and Behan over the issue.

Episode 32 - The Salvation of Emma ClantonOld Man Clanton wants Emma t marry vicious outlaw Gringo Hawkby but Emma is against it. She turns to Nellie Cashman and ultimately Earp for help in persuading her father to change his mind putting Earp in a deadly situation.

Episode 33 - John Clum, Fighting EditorOld Man Clanton gives Sheriff Behan orders to run John P. Clum out of town. Clanton is afraid important people might see Clum's paper and the truth but Clum's hot temper may be his undoing by allowing Behan to sue and bankrupt him.

Episode 34 - The JudgeAn elderly man confronts gunfighter Curt Dance in the Alhambra. Once Dance knows who he is, he wants nothing to do with the man who won't leave him alone. The man is Judge Amos Waggoner but when Earp confronts him, he won't talk.

Episode 35 - The Court vs. Doc HollidayAfter $40,000 is stolen from the blown Wells Fargo safe, a drunk Doc Holliday rides into Tombstone with $4000 in stolen bonds. Since he was recognized as one of the robbers, Earp is forced to arrest him but Doc refuses to defend himself.

Episode 36 - Roscoe Turns DetectiveArmy mule and horse remounts are stolen from a Tombstone stable. The owner was severely injured and didn't see the robbers but Roscoe did and was kicked by a stolen mule. Shotgun believes Roscoe can be a detective. Earp has no other clue.

Episode 37 - The PosseThe San Berdoo gang is hitting Arizona on their way to Mexico. Earp dislikes posses but the size of the gang mandates one. A young man from the East working as a clerk at the bank is asked to join by Earp finds the experience enlightening.

Episode 38 - The Confidence ManA young man arrives in Tombstone looking for Evangeline Murphy. He is corresponding with her and engaged to her. A look at her picture tells John Clum she is Evie Marlowe, a saloon singer. There appears to be a con game in Tombstone.

Episode 39 - The Toughest Judge in ArizonaA robbery starts a series of events that lead Johnny Ringo to kidnap Judge Spicer to release his cousin Charlie Parks from jail. Although Parks is innocent, Ringo's actions may make matters worse as Earp pursues the guilty parties.

Episode 40 - My Enemy - John BehanAfter Wells Fargo is robbed and an agent killed, Thacker pressures Earp to capture the killers. Earp refuses to take out a posse but Sheriff Behan likes the $10000 reward so he and Ike Clanton frame a local man but Earp learns the truth.

Episode 41 - Wyatt's Bitterest EnemyThe heat on the Ten Percent Ring has reached Washington who is considering a new territorial governor. They pass the word to Old Man Clanton to kill Earp. He plans an ambush for Earp by robbing a stagecoach and waiting for Earp to appear.
