Episode 1 - Day One

Twelve chefs and restaurateurs compete to impress Gordon Ramsay as he works to open a world-class restaurant in Los Angeles and discover the country's next culinary star.

        

Episode 2 - Day Two

After barely surviving the opening night of the Hell's Kitchen restaurant, the contestants prepare for their second dinner service.

        

Episode 3 - Day Three

The budding chefs prepare for their third dinner service, but the pressure of "Hell's Kitchen" is too much for one contestant.

        

Episode 4 - Day Four

Tensions arise in the kitchen during all-Italian night at the restaurant, with one team playing dirty to get ahead.

        

Episode 5 - Day Five

The players attempt to re-create Gordon's signature dishes for a discerning crowd at a Los Angeles eatery.

        

Episode 6 - Day Six

In the first half of this two-hour special, Chef Ramsay reveals the latest twist: each team will create its own menu consisting of three appetizers, entrees and desserts.

        

Episode 7 - Day Seven

In the final part of this two-hour special, the five remaining contestants learn that they're no longer competing as teams, but as individuals.

           

Episode 8 - Day Eight

The four remaining chefs are given fifteen minutes and a tray of leftovers to create a meal that Chef Ramsay considers servable.

        

Episode 9 - Day Nine

Chef Ramsay orders the three remaining contestants to serve an entire dining room.

        

Episode 10 - Day Ten

In the season finale, the final two compete in a simulation that tests their abilities to run a restaurant.
