Episode 8 - 9 Chefs CompeteThe nine remaining chefs take a blind taste test. The winners score a dinner date with Chef Ramsay in a pitch-black dining room where they can't see what they're eating.

Episode 9 - 8 Chefs CompeteThe remaining chefs make crepes. The winners will dine at a French restaurant while the losers prepare for a French-themed dinner service.

Episode 10 - 7 Chefs CompeteWinter Olympic medalists Sasha Cohen and Jonny Moseley appear as guest judges. For this challenge, all ingredients must be sourced from Whistler, B.C.

Episode 11 - 6 Chefs CompeteThe six remaining contestants must replicate the dishes that Chef Ramsay prepared for them. The winners will dine with season four winner Christina Machamer.

Episode 12 - 5 Chefs CompeteThe challenge for each of the remaining contestants is to make a dish that looks as good as it tastes. Experts from "Bon Appetit" magazine help Chef Ramsay judge.

Episode 13 - 4 Chefs CompeteThe contestants meet a miniature version of Chef Ramsay: British child actor and impressionist Felix Light.

Episode 14 - 3 Chefs CompeteIn part one of the season finale, the three remaining competitors must prepare a dish with components from around the world.

Episode 15 - 2 Chefs CompeteIn the final part of the season finale, the final chefs must prepare dishes worthy of Araxi, the restaurant and oyster bar at which the winner will become head chef.
