Episode 22 - Southern BrunchPaula prepares for brunch by making some country comfort foods like banana french toast, egg casserole, vegetable pancakes and a soothing peach smoothie. |
Episode 23 - PeachesAfter picking up some jam and peaches, Paula heads back to the kitchen to show us how to make a cheese cake, shortcake and cobbler with her favorite fruit! |
Episode 24 - Tug BoatPaula packs a meal for the men who work the tug boats. Join her to learn recipes for lace hoecake cornbread, short-ribs, some tugboat turnips and rice and roni. |

Episode 26 - Southern BBQPaula visits her friend Buckethead for some barbecued Boston butt and then shows us how she roasts her own smoked Boston butt as well as a chicken Brunswick stew, the Lady's coleslaw and a classic Southern lemonade. |
