Episode 1 - Stuffed

There's nothing better than biting into a dish and finding it's stuffed with a delicious surprise! Today, Paula's starting off with a Mushroom Stuffed Baked Red Snapper with a side of velvety Cream Cheese Stuffed New Potatoes. Then, it's a classic - Chocolate Stuffed Eclairs. Bring an empty belly, because today it's gonna get stuffed!

  

Episode 2 - Paula Goes To Europe

Today, Paula's reminiscing about her trip with Michael to Europe, and bringing some of their favorites from their trip to you! First up is Wiener Schnitzel, a delicious breaded veal cutlet. Then, it's spicy Spanish Chicken and Sausage Paella. Next, she'll be whipping up a Tuscan Carbonara. Finally, it's sweet Chocolate Crepes. Get ready, as Paula's going to be taking you to Europe!

  

Episode 3 - One Pot Dishes

Paula will be starting off with the perfect combination, Sauerkraut and Ribs. Next, it'll be a crock pot twist on Shrimp Creole. Then, you won't want to miss Paula's Shaggy Man Split Pea Soup. Finally, she'll finish it off with a tart Slow Berry Cobbler. Put the pots away because today you're only going to need one pot!

  

Episode 4 - Under The Sea

Paula's menu today involves the fruits from the sea, starting off with The Lady's Bouillabaisse, a delicious fish stew with mussels, shrimp and a special kick! Then, it's a Wild Rice and Oyster Casserole that'll fill you up right. Next, Paula's making Salmon From My Garden, with herbs from her garden! And you won't want to miss Paula's fresh Crab Martini.

  

Episode 5 - Pot Luck

Paula cooking Pig on a Stick! After you whet their appetites, it's time to move on to a rich and creamy Chicken Florentine. Be sure to pair it with Paula's classic Vidalia Cornbread, which is always a favorite. For dessert, have them coming back for more with Chocolate Dippy Donuts. These are dishes that are sure to wow your friends on your next pot luck!

  

Episode 6 - Sweet Tooth

Jaime's in the kitchen with Paula and today they need to feed a chocolate addiction. First, she'll be whipping up her decadent Mississippi Mudcake. Then, Jaime shows Paula how to make the best Truffle Pie you'll ever put in your mouth. Paula makes Georgia Cookie Candy, with the best of both worlds. Finally, it's a Vanilla Chocolate Chip Root Beer Float.

  

Episode 7 - Tea Party

Paula's cookin' a Strawberry Shortcake that'll go perfectly with tea. You're just going to love Paula's Gooey Pecan Squares. Of course no tea party is complete without some scrumptious Sour Cream Scones that's just topped with a sweet Fig Raspberry Preserve. So call your friends, because you'll be the talk of the town with these recipes!

  

Episode 8 - Southern Favorites

Paula's recreating a family favorite, with her BBQ Pork Sandwich, piled high with creamy coleslaw. Yum! She's also going to make the best Corn Fritters you've ever put in your mouth, with a side of creamy Roasted Red Pepper Mayo dipping sauce. You'll feel right at home when you take a bite of Paula's traditional Southern Deviled Eggs. Finally, Paula makes Corrie's Kentucky Pie!

  

Episode 9 - Tailgate Time

Paula's preparing to go to the game, and she and Jaime are preparing the eats they'll need at the tailgate! They're starting off with a Mid-Western style Beer Brat and BBQ Chicken. No tailgate is complete without Fried Onion Rings, with a chili sauce for dippin'! Finally, Paula's Symphony Brownies are so delicious you're going to want to start with dessert.

  

Episode 10 - Spice It Up

Bobby heard the theme of today's show was spicin' it up and he couldn't help but to join Paula in the kitchen! Bobby's going to be sharing his recipe for a Zesty Grilled Tilapia with a Mango Coconut Rice. Paula's going to add some heat with her Homemade Salsa and Fried Tortilla Chips. Then, they'll cool it all down with a refreshing Margarita Mousse and a Bloody Mary - with a kick.

  

Episode 11 - Say Cheese

Today, Paula's making Chicken Georgia with Mozzarella. She's go the the perfect complement to go with her Cheese Straws, a Three Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip. To satisfy your sweet tooth, it's a sweet Cherry Cream Cheese Pie. Finally, you won't believe what she'll do to one of her favorites, the Lady's Mac & Cheese.

  

Episode 12 - Fall Harvest

Paula's dishes today are inspired by autumn, including a Pecan Chicken, which will go perfectly with a Baked Acorn Squash. For dessert, Paula will show you how to make a rich and creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake and delicious Pear Fritters. So grab a sweater, because summer's over and we're cooking up a fall harvest feast!

  

Episode 13 - Tropical Paradise

Today Paula's starting off with a Caribbean classic, spicy Jerk Chicken. Just wait till you taste Bobby's recipe for a golden Coconut Fried Shrimp with a delicious dipping sauce. Stick around for dessert, because it's cool Key Lime Pie topped with Meringue. You're going to feel like you're on vacation too when you try Bobby's refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie.
