Episode 1 - Surf & Turf

Put on your swimsuits because you're going on a land and sea excursion to Paula's! After a visit to Paula's good friends at Matthew's Seafood, Paula makes Beef Wellington with Oyster Pate, Steak & Pie with a shrimp surprise and a Green Bean and Tomato Salad.

  

Episode 2 - Summer Entertaining: Beach Party

Paula makes a trip to "Let's Party" where we'll see how to set the perfect party table. Then it's back to the kitchen to serve up Paula's savory salmon salad, potato salad, marinated tomatoes & a fresh blueberry tart.

  

Episode 3 - Ice Cream & Frozen Treats

Paula goes to the Abercorn Antique Village to get an ice cream maker and then whips up cool treats including Ice Cream and Cake Pops, Lemon Pineapple Sherbet, Golda's Frozen Waldorf Salad and Orange Ice Cream Cups

  

Episode 4 - Hot & Spicy

Paula brings on the heat with her fiery recipes for Pad Thai, White Bean Chili and finally some Orange Brownies that are sure to douse the flames.

  

Episode 5 - Sandwiches

Step right up to the counter! Paula's in charge and she's not fixin' your regular, boring deli sandwiches. Paula makes a scrumptious Shrimp Salad Sandwich, a bean cake sandwich, an quirky but tasty Asparagus Sandwich, and finally a Grouper Club.

  

Episode 6 - Paula's Take On Italian Food

Ciao Ya'll! Join Paula as she makes her favorite Italian dishes with recipes for Barbara Platoni's Antipasto Salad, Northern Italian Pasta Shell Stuffing, and Dustin's Chicken Spandinas.

  

Episode 7 - Simple Desserts

Paula stops by Savannah Coffee Roasters for the perfect beans to make coffee and then shares her dessert recipes for Coconut Macaroons, Pears Sabayon, Mae Dawson's Hoosier Sugar Cream Pie and Blueberry Dumplings.

  

Episode 8 - Jellies, Jams, Preserves

Sometimes it's so hard to say goodbye to Summer, so what better way to enjoy it then by preserving some fruits! Watch as Paula teaches us how to make Strawberry-Fig Preserves, Pepper Jelly, Pear Honey, and Biscuit Sticks.

  

Episode 9 - Burger Banquet

Nothing's American like a good ol' burger. Tune in as Paula let's us in on how to assemble a burger banquet to please any growling belly with recipes for Sloppy Joes, Pecan Burgers, Black & Blue Burgers and Tuna Burgers.

  

Episode 10 - An Elvis Twist

Paula's cooking some dishes inspired by the King himself. She's startin' with a Cheeseburger meatloaf and special sauce, then some Crunchy New Potatoes for the side and an Elvis inspired Gooey Butter Cake to finish it all off.

  

Episode 11 - Game Night

It's Game Night at Paula's! First up is everyone's favorite, Hogs in a Sleeping Bag. But be sure to save room for Paula's special Crabbies and Taco soup! And as a sweet reward - her Cheesecake Minis

  

Episode 12 - Here Piggy, Piggy

Put on your bibs and get ready to pig out! Paula shows us how to make a Piggy Pudding that would be great for Sunday breakfast or dinner, a savory Backbone and Rice that's packed with flavor, traditional Baked Apples, and Ron's Grilled Peanut Butter Ham!

  

Episode 13 - BBQ Watch it Sizzle

Bring your appetites because it's gonna sizzle! Paula makes her own twist on the layered salad, Cornucopia Salad! Then she's out in the yard grilling a Baked Potato with Ring Tum Ditty and a juicy Mustard and Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye. Finally, no meal is complete without dessert so watch as Paula makes a delicious Creme Brulee.

  

Episode 14 - Country Cooking - Southern Side Dishes

Today the side dishes are the main attraction! Paula makes a Southern Side Dish buffet with Bob Garner's Hush Puppies, her Grandma Paul's Turnip Mashed Potatoes, her own Indian Succotash, classic Hoppin' Johns, and an easy, simple Corn Casserole!

We're making candy today y'all! Sweeten up your day with these recipes for Chocolate Almond Coconut Balls, Old Timey Chocolate Fudge, Pecan Praline Morsels, and Grandma Paul's Butter Fingers!

  

Episode 17 - Holiday

Happy Holidays! Join Michael and Paula as they go shopping to get in character then visit the Bethesda's Home for Boys. Along the way, Paula will share her recipes for Sugar and Nut Glazed Brie, Pork Tenderloin with Root Vegetables, and White Chocolate Cherry Chunkies!

  

Episode 18 - Thanksgiving

Cook the perfect Thanksgiving dishes with the Deens! In this episode, Paula's roasting the perfect Honey Glazed Game Hens. On the side Paula's fixin' Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic and Fried Green Bean Bundles. To finish, you won't want to miss Paula's Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle.

  

Episode 19 - Lighter Side

Paula's making food on the lighter side today with recipes for Poppy Seed Pinwheels, Vegetable Crudites, Can't Miss Red Snapper and for a sweet ending, a guilt-free Lemon Cheesecake.

  

Episode 20 - Take Me Out to the Ballgame

Paula's taking you out to the ball game! Watch as Paula serves up Macho Nachos. Next it's some Beer Battered Cajun Blooming Onions! Finally, no game would be complete without ballpark favorites, soft Pretzels and Hot Dogs!

  

Episode 21 - Cooking School

Sharpen your pencils as Paula takes us underneath Lady & Sons restaurant to her cooking school! The first lesson is a Grouper Fromage. Then it's Kaye's Okra Fry Bread. Finally the study up on Paula's Tennessee Banana Walnut Cake.

  

Episode 22 - Cooking for the Troops

Paula's out at Ft. Stewart today for a taste of Army life. She's makin' the Lady and Sons Fried Pork Chops. Then, she's keeping the oil hot for her Fried Okra. Finally, we're coolin' down with Sunny's Sunshine Cake.

  

Episode 23 - Southern Seafood Show

Paula's entering this year's Great American Seafood Cook Off, and she's trying out her recipes for the Lady and Sons Crab-Stuffed Shrimp with a savory Basil Cream Sauce. However, Paula never forgets dessert, and you'll have to try her Grandgirl's Fresh Apple Cake from Georgia.

  

Episode 24 - Bean Cuisine

Paula makes some mean bean recipes, and today she's letting us in on her recipes for Apple Baked Bean Casserole, a Black Bean Salsa perfect for dipping, a buttery and delicious Green Bean Casserole, and a Peanut Butter Cake for the perfect dessert.

  

Episode 25 - Pie in the Sky

Paula's makin' and bakin' pie! First is one of the Restaurant's best sellers, the Lady & Sons Chicken Pot Pie. Next up is a creamy and sweet White Chocolate Macadamia nut pie! Finally Paula surprises us with a Mystery Pecan Pie.

  

Episode 26 - Soup's On

Soups on the menu today and Paula's got a three of them for you! First it's her famous Lady and Sons Beef vegetable soup! Then she'll be making Chef Jack's Corn Chowder and Donna's Butternut Squash soup. And to go with the soups, Paula's making her Lady & Sons Easy Yeast Rolls.
