Season 2 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - S2 EP1 Episode 1

Ten home potters return to Stoke-on-Trent in their quest to become Britain's pottery champion. In the Main Make, potters must throw and decorate an identical 16-piece dinner set.

     

Episode 2 - S2 EP2 Episode 2

The remaining potters take on three more challenges, set by judges Keith Brymer Jones and Kate Malone. In the Throw Down challenge, Keith shows how to build a double-walled pot.

     

Episode 3 - S2 EP3 Episode 3

The eight remaining potters tackle the art of Japanese style ceramics. In the Throw Down, the potters have 15 minutes to create as many rice bowls as they can.

     

Episode 4 - S2 EP4 Episode 4

Judges Keith Brymer Jones and Kate Malone challenge the seven remaining potters to make sensational ceramics for the great outdoors.

     

Episode 5 - S2 EP5 Episode 5

In the Throw Down, the potters make as many goblets as they can in 15 minutes. However, any that fail to meet the judges' exacting standards will be thrown into the bin of doom.

     

Episode 6 - S2 EP6 Episode 6

In the quarter-final throw down, the potters must throw the widest bowl they can while blindfolded and they have only 10 minutes.

     

Episode 7 - S2 EP7 Episode 7

During Throw Down, one of the UK's most loved comedians, Johnny Vegas, replaces Keith Brymer Jones. The four remaining potters throw five functional teapots in just five minutes.

     

Episode 8 - S2 EP8 Episode 8

It's the grand final and the remaining potters have three challenges left before one is crowned. They are tasked with making as many Japanese lanterns as they can in 10 minutes.
