Episode 1 - S3 EP1 Breakfast Set & Egg Cups

Judges Keith Brymer Jones and Sue Pryke challenge the potters to to throw a breakfast set and then egg cups, as the battle of clay kicks off at the wheel.

     

Episode 2 - S3 EP2 Chess Set & Mini Vases

The potters are tasked with hand-building an elaborate chess set and throwing miniature vases at the wheel; the judges decide who is potter of the week and who must leave.

     

Episode 3 - S3 EP3 Raku Firing &Nerikomi

The remaining potters tackle raku firing, hand-build two animal figurines and face a tricky ceramic technique, nerikomi.

     

Episode 4 - S3 EP4 Multi-Coloured Slip Cast & Blindfolded Throwing

The remaining potters face a multi-colored slip cast challenge to make two vases and a blindfolded throwing challenge to throw the widest bowl.

     

Episode 5 - S3 EP5 Matching Lamp Bases & A Ceramic Challenge

The remaining potters are challenged to build a pair of matching lamp bases and guest judge Emma Bridgewater sets them an emotional ceramic challenge.

     

Episode 6 - S3 EP6 Nude Greek Statues & Greek Jugs

It's Greek Week in the pottery, and the potters get their hands on sculpting a nude Greek statue and throw Greek jugs at the wheel.

     

Episode 7 - S3 EP7 Handmade Tiles & A Chimney

The six remaining potters are challenged to produce handmade tiles for a fireplace and to throw a chimney for a place in the quarter final.

     

Episode 8 - S3 EP8 Ginger Jars & A Scraffito Challenge

Melanie Sykes hosts the quarter-final as the remaining five potters make two ginger jars and face a Scraffito challenge spot test for a place in the semi-final.

     

Episode 9 - S3 EP9 Semi Final

Melanie Sykes hosts a Victorian-themed semi-final; the potters face their biggest challenge yet, as they must produce a fully functioning toilet for a place in the final.

     

Episode 10 - S3 EP10 The Final

Melanie Sykes hosts the grand finale as the three potters make a quirky tea set inspired by the Mad Hatter's tea party.
