Episode 1 - Alive and SchtickingGrace contemplates having an affair with a married man. Elsewhere, Jack begins new career as a host of his new talk show "Jack Talk." Will gets some advice from Malcolm (Alec Baldwin) and tries to hide from Karen the fact that Stan is alive.

Episode 2 - I Second That EmotionWill (Eric McCormack) makes it his own personal mission to emotionally heal Karen (Megan Mullally) when he suspects that she is more upset about Stanley being alive than she’s actually letting on.

Episode 3 - The Old Man and the SeaWhen Jack learns that Will never learned how to swim, Jack insists that he teach Will how. Meanwhile, Karen (Megan Mullally) sets Grace (Debra Messing) up on a blind date with one of Malcolm’s (guest star Alec Baldwin) friends.

Episode 4 - Steams Like Old TimesKaren (Megan Mullally) is finally forced to come to terms with her feelings for her presumed-dead husband when Jack (Sean Hayes) surprisingly tells her he thinks she belongs with Stanley, not Malcolm (guest star Alec Baldwin).

Episode 5 - The Hole TruthThe day before Will’s charity auction and carnival, Jack (Sean Hayes) meets and begins dating Baby Glenn (guest star Jason Biggs), who is still riding his fifteen minutes of fame from when he got trapped in a hole for three days in the eighties.

Episode 6 - Love is in the AirplaneWhile en route to London, Will and Grace spot Grace’s ex-husband Leo (guest star Harry Connick, Jr.) on their flight. Will charms a pair of gay flight attendants, who also happen to be dating, so he can smuggle Grace into first class to talk to Leo.

Episode 7 - Birds of a Feather BoaWhen Jack decides to move, Will is excited to help him look for a place. After becoming involved in a cause to save two gay penguins from being separated at the zoo, Will starts to think about what it would mean if he no longer lived next door.

Episode 8 - Swish Out of WaterGrace finds it impossible to put up with her mother Bobbi’s (guest star Debbie Reynolds) constant nitpicking, so Jack takes it upon himself to help her because, according to him, no one knows how to be a good daughter better than a gay son.

Episode 9 - A Little Christmas QueerWhile spending the holidays at Will’s mother Marilyn’s house, Grace gets cozy with Will’s brother and old flame Sam (guest star Steven Weber). Sam’s adopted daughter finds a fan in Karen who is intrigued by the little girl.

Episode 10 - Von TrappedThe "Sound of Music Sing-Along" has come to town and no one is more excited than Grace (Debra Messing). She plans for her and Will (Eric McCormack) to attend the musical in character-like style by dressing up in costumes.

Episode 11 - Bathroom HumorAll of New York's high society has been invited to Karen's birthday party - but the affair goes downhill when Will, Grace and Jack embarrass themselves and wind up crammed together in Karen's bathroom with the birthday girl.

Episode 12 - Forbidden FruitGrace is concerned and confused when Will so adamantly insists that she turn down her job offer from his former boss Margot (guest star Lily Tomlin), who has asked Grace to redecorate the law firm.

Episode 13 - Cop to ItWill and Grace dread a dinner date with married friends Rob and Ellen who likely called the meeting to announce Ellen is pregnant yet again, but when the couple reveals that they are separated and loving it, Grace gets depressed.

Episode 14 - I Love L. GayWill (Eric McCormack), Karen (Megan Mullally), and a star struck Grace (Debra Messing) travel to Los Angeles to support Jack as he accepts a HAPI award for Best Local Cable Gay Talk Show Host.

Episode 15 - The Definition of MarriageWedding Bells Are Spinning - Taye Diggs Guest Stars - The big day has finally arrived - Grace (Debra Messing) and James (guest star Taye Diggs) are getting ready for their green card wedding.

Episode 16 - Grace ExpectationsA nervous but optimistic Grace decides it's finally time to tell Leo (guest star Harry Connick Jr.) she is pregnant with his child, but when she finally works up enough courage to actually meet her ex-husband she receives some unexpected news.

Episode 17 - Cowboys and IraniansJack coerces Will into coming out with him to a gay cowboy bar to meet his new boyfriend Travis. Will soon discovers that Travis is not as perfect as he seems and steps up to defend Jack's honor, which eventually leads to a raucous event.

Episode 18 - Buy, Buy BabyAfter a large corporation takes over OutTV, Jack's (Sean Hayes) talk show "JackTalk" is completely revamped. An immediate change comes when the new conservative owners hire Amber-Louise (guest star Britney Spears) as "JackTalk's" new co-host.

Episode 19 - Blanket ApologyAfter losing his job as the host of "JackTalk," Jack vows never to return to acting. An unrelenting Karen, however, will not let Jack give up on his passion and decides to do whatever it takes to get Jack to an audition.

Episode 20 - The Mourning SonFriends and family gather for the funeral of Will's (Eric McCormack) father. During the reception everyone shares with Will fond last memories of his father, while Will's last memory of his father is not as pleasant.

Episode 21 - Partners 'n' CrimeWill and Grace begin attending childbirth classes in preparation for the baby, but as Will and Vince take another chance at their relationship together, Grace starts to doubt whether Will is up for raising a child with her.

Episode 22 - Whatever Happened to Baby Gin?Just as Will and Grace are settling into the idea of raising the baby together, Will's boyfriend Vince surprises him with an announcement that will ultimately lead Will to choose between his commitment to Grace and his relationship with Vince.
