Episode 1 - Chili Cook-Off

The chefs compete in a three-round chili cook-off, starting with chocolate and sausage in the appetizer round. Spice and creativity are key to the entree round, and they make chili-inspired sweets for dessert.

  

Episode 2 - Teen Tournament: Battle 1

Young competitors must make appetizers from a strange snack and a pork product. In the entree round, they have to figure out how to combine poultry with a weird casserole, then work with a spicy nut and a savory fruit for dessert.

  

Episode 3 - Teen Tournament: Battle 2

Teen competitors race the clock to finish their sausage appetizers, and they face seafood surprises in the entree round. Breakfast items take on a creative form in the dessert basket.

  

Episode 4 - Teen Tournament: Battle 3

Teen competitors pour their energy into short rib appetizers and are puzzled by an artificially colored ingredient in the entree basket. In the dessert round, a pastry bag of pate a choux leaves them wondering what to do.

  

Episode 5 - Twins for the Win

Teams of twin chefs face off, starting with egg and crustacean appetizers. A soda shop staple appears in the entree basket, and the competitors make surprising choices with pastry dough for dessert.

  

Episode 6 - Teen Tournament: Battle 4

Teen competitors have to get creative with sour appetizers, and one chef turns to the fryer for the entree round. Then they have to figure out how to repurpose a cake from the dessert basket.

  

Episode 7 - Naan the Wiser

Competitors make appetizers using naan bread and blood sausage, and the judges hope they know how to prepare an expensive fish in the entree round. The dessert round requires creativity with fruit.

  

Episode 8 - Teen Tournament: Finale Fight

Teen chefs return to compete in the tournament grand finale. They have to use their butchering skills in the entree round and incorporate mangoes into their desserts.

  

Episode 9 - Kefir and Loathing

Fermented milk and an ingredient with a 'secret' history are at the forefront of the appetizer round, an unexpected surprise is found in the dessert basket and the last two chefs go in a similar direction with their final plates.

  

Episode 10 - Worst Cooks Challenge

Former winners and runners-up from Worst Cooks in America compete with frog leg appetizers and steak entrees. For dessert, they pair ready-made dough with cocoa powder and pears.

  

Episode 11 - Sweetbread Dread

The chefs must determine the best use of sardines in the first round. Round two takes the chefs in a different direction with pricier basket items such as sweetbreads. The remaining chefs attempt ice cream in the final round.

  

Episode 12 - Best Halloween Ever

Four one-of-a-kind cooks dress up for Halloween in the Chopped Kitchen. The judges are eager to see what frightening sights a drag queen, a witch, a medieval reenactor and a bloody-faced warrior will scare up for them.

  

Episode 13 - On the Quack Burner

The chefs have to use duck tongues in their appetizers, and a seaweed pasta product may be the weirdest item in the second basket. Then, the finalists have to work spicy alcohol and a sweet cream into their desserts.
