Episode 3 - Judgement DaySenior visits Mikey's gallery and is affected by paintings depicting their strained relationship. Meanwhile, Junior learns he has won his appeal of Senior's lawsuit, and Senior decides to make Junior a settlement offer.

Episode 4 - Offer DeniedSenior’s settlement offer to Junior goes nowhere. PJD rushes to complete two bikes for CrankyApe, while OCC struggles to build three bikes for Trans Am Depot. Then, Senior’s dog dies, and Junior reaches out to his father.

Episode 5 - American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior: Deadliest Catch BikeThe OCC crew heads up to Alaska to meet up with the Hillstrand brothers from Deadliest Catch. A Deadliest Catch bike is built and unveiled at the Catch-Con fan convention in Seattle.

Episode 6 - Cadillac Build-Off Part 1Cadillac enlists both OCC and PJD to build a bike in a father-son build-off. As the competition heats up, Senior reaches out to Junior with a second settlement offer -- this time, without lawyers.

Episode 7 - Cadillac Build-Off Part 2OCC and PJD rush to finish their Cadillac bikes for the build-off. Both crews race CTS-Vs at the Monticello Raceway, and then Junior and Senior face each other when they unveil their bikes at GM.

Episode 8 - The SettlementSenior and Junior finally sit down to settle the two-year lawsuit that has torn their family apart. Amidst the drama, PJD starts a new bike for FIST enterprises, while OCC builds a rock and roll inspired bike for Hard Rock.

Episode 9 - Return of the Black WidowJunior and Vinnie venture into enemy territory to pick up the coveted Black Widow bike. Senior is frustrated he hasn’t seen Mikey post-settlement. PJD assembles the FIST bike, while OCC creates the Power Probe bike.

Episode 10 - DownsizingPJD works on a build for the video game Gears of War 3, while the OCC crew builds a bike for Feather Free Zone. Meanwhile, with the OCC headquarters in foreclosure, Senior decides to build a new shop at the front of his property.

Episode 11 - Gears of WarOCC starts a build for Wyotech, a school for budding mechanics. PJD continues work on their Gears of War 3 trike. Wyotech students visit OCC to help out, while the understaffed PJD crew wonders how to find talented mechanics.

Episode 12 - Senior Reaches OutSenior tries to commission a painting from Mikey, but he gets mixed signals from his son. OCC starts a build for a hybrid seed company, and PJD works on a modern build for a medical technology company.

Episode 13 - Mikey's DecisionSenior continues to reach out to Mikey, who seeks counseling from Vinnie. PJD reveals the build for Cepheid, a medical technology company, while OCC unveils both a bike and a reverse trike for Beck's Hybrids.

Episode 14 - Top Ten FightsDoors fly from hinges, and windows are shattered as cast members recount the most heated moments over the past few years. The most memorable fights between father, sons and co-workers often begin with business but get personal.

Episode 15 - Mikey's Favorite MomentsFrom PJD’s first big unveil to bow fishing in Louisiana, Mikey recalls his favorite American Chopper memories. Relive the scary encounter between Junior and a lion in South Africa, as well as some touching family moments.

Episode 16 - Silent TreatmentPJD works on a build for Dekalb, while OCC builds a charity bike for Cell Buckle. The harmony is disrupted at OCC when Jason is offended by Senior’s design critiques, resulting in a mangled bike that must be rebuilt.

Episode 17 - Communication BreakdownMikey and Senior both say they want to meet up, but go back and forth about the conditions they will meet under. OCC uses every last minute to complete their bike for US Biker Law. PJD unveils their bike for Dekalb.

Episode 18 - Top Ten BikesSenior and Junior reveal their all-time favorite bikes including OCC's St. Jude bike, PJD's first ever client build for Geico and a shared favorite between father and son.

Episode 19 - Free RickJunior is asked to build a bike inspired by the restoration of Ground Zero in NYC. Senior secures a build for a wealthy foreigner, and rumors fly at both shops over Rick's assumed discontent at OCC.

Episode 20 - Old RivalsA three-way build-off is announced, and contender Jesse James throws down the gauntlet by sending vulgar cakes to OCC and PJD. OCC works on two bikes, and Junior unveils the biggest build of his career at Ground Zero in NYC.

Episode 21 - Best PranksDummies come to life, spitballs fly and air horns blast in this behind the scenes special. Featured pranks include an air-gun war at OCC headquarters, scooter jousting and helicopter drops.
