Robert Irvine ambushes Jodi, the owner of Theresa's Restaurant in Bradenton, Florida, after her friend and banker Miriam puts out a call for help. Robert must deal with Jodi's micromanaging ways and a kitchen staff threatening a walkout.

  

Episode 2 - Ambush: Son Sneak Attack

Robert Irvine is in Blue Jay, CA, to help Lake Arrowhead Sports Grille. The owners' son is desperate to save the business, his parents' relationship, his dad's interest in the restaurant and his mom's health.

  

Episode 3 - Ambush: Eyes on the Surprise

Chef Robert Irvine has received a plea from the bar manager of the Copper Still CD Vodka Lounge and Eatery. This dinner spot, which features its own brand of vodka, has been open for only eight months but has yet to show a profit.

At the request of former employees, Robert heads to Ellendale's in Nashville, TN. The restaurant is rundown and owner Julie's management style is ineffective. Worried about being on TV, will Julie send him away or let him stay?

Robert Irvine heads to New Kensington, Pennsylvania, to ambush the owner of Stella's Dine-Inn Restaurant after her daughter witnesses out-of-control fighting between her mother and brother.

Robert Irvine navigates a rollercoaster of emotions in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, as he aims to help the owner of the Cape Horn Family Restaurant face her fears and repair her self-confidence in order to change her staff.

  

Episode 7 - Holiday: Impossible

Robert's spending the holidays at the City Kids Wilderness Project in the Grand Tetons, updating their 25-year-old facilities in three days. As Robert gets to know the at-risk campers, he is inspired to add more special surprises.

  

Episode 8 - Ambush: Special Delivery

For his next mission, Chef Robert Irvine heads to La Casa Bianca in Whitehouse Station, NJ, to give the owner, Paul, the surprise of a lifetime. It's up to Robert to ignite Paul's fire after he starts losing his passion for the business.
