Episode 1 - Fork in the Road

The Fork Diner in Calhoun, Georgia, never quite took off, and owners Gray, Diana and Michael are now faced with a failing business and a suffering friendship. Robert Irvine will have just two days to address the boring food.

Episode 3 - Bowling: Impossible

Paul's family has owned Paul's Bar and Bowling in Paterson, N.J., since 1929, but this neighborhood staple has been on a downward spiral for the past eight years. Paul had no choice but to call in Chef Robert Irvine for help.

  

Episode 4 - Golf: Impossible

The Pomona Golf and Country Club in Egg Harbor City, NJ, is a nine-hole golf course and clubhouse that has been run by three cousins for the past decade. Robert must come up with a new business plan to save it from the trap.

Robert Irvine offers to buy out the owner of El Bistro in Titusville, Pennsylvania, after she threatens to sell the restaurant and walk away.

  

Episode 8 - Spicing Things Up

Robert Irvine has just two days to get the clueless owners of Spicy Bar and Grill in Falls Church, Virginia, on a business track, find a new chef and turn the unprofessional servers into a real workforce.

  

Episode 9 - Military: Impossible

Chef Robert is going to Fort Bragg, N.C., to revitalize the Green Beret Club, one of the only full-service restaurants on the post. He's got to preserve the military tradition, but update just enough to attract new diners.

  

Episode 10 - Drama at Mamma's

Chef Robert Irvine travels to Bellefonte, Pa., and finds himself in the middle of a complicated family feud at Mamma Lucrezia's restaurant. Though badly mismanaged, the amazing pizza makes Robert want to set these sisters up for success.

  

Episode 11 - Paradise: Impossible

Robert travels to the resort town of South Padre Island, Texas, to remake the Padre Rita Grill. The owners can't figure out where their money goes, but are so focused on live music that his suggestions may fall on deaf ears.

  

Episode 12 - An Abundance of Emotions

In an emotional episode, Chef Robert Irvine visits Abudanza Ristorante in Wilbraham, Mass., where the owners are coping with a struggling restaurant and a sick child. He streamlines the business and has a surprise they desperately need.

  

Episode 13 - Recipe for Disaster

Chef Robert drops in on a tumultuous family situation at Papa C's Eastside Cafe in Fairport, NY. With screaming matches, fistfights and bad management shadowing this rescue, Robert might end up walking away.
