Episode 1 - The Sinking Anchor

Air Force veteran Robert has been struggling to keep his restaurant, The Anchor in Louisville, Tenn., afloat after a disagreement with his daughter. Chef Robert Irvine steps in to help the owner manage his anger and fix his relationship with his daughter.

  

Episode 2 - R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

Robert Irvine travels to Tampa, FL, to check out Mr. B's Southern Kitchen and finds a failing restaurant that is tearing siblings Ninkia and Calvin apart. Robert must help Ninkia find a way to stand up for herself and convince her brother to respect her.

  

Episode 3 - Floundering Fish House

Robert Irvine visits Loudon, TN, to help Ed, the owner of Z Fish House. After five years of struggling in the landlocked small town, the seafood restaurant needs a life preserver. Robert must help Ed rediscover his passion and lead his staff.

  

Episode 4 - Sub Shop SOS

Turnpike's Rest Stop in Spring Hill, FL, is sinking fast. It doesn't take long for Robert Irvine to discover a communication breakdown between the owner and her daughter, and he also pinpoints their oversized subs as the root of their financial troubles.

  

Episode 5 - Restoring a Reputation

At Deraney's Two City Tavern in small-town Barnesville, GA, the owner is losing his family home, his restaurant and his reputation. Robert Irvine must help him understand his business, change his work ethic and make amends to his staff and community.

  

Episode 6 - A Friendship in Peril

Robert Irvine has to save more than a restaurant at J's in Waveland, MS. Owners Louis and Jeff are close to losing everything, including their friendship of 40 years. Robert must teach them how to both run a restaurant and mend their relationship.

  

Episode 7 - Big Trouble in Tennessee

Robert Irvine visits Big Tom's Backyard Grill and Bar in Cleveland, TN, which is costing owners Tom and Sabrina their marriage. With Tom on the brink of another heart attack, Robert has 48 hours to help him change his ways.

Robert Irvine is in Waldorf, MD, to help Katie, whose Grille No. 13 is $350,000 in debt. Robert must teach Katie to work smarter to save this Irish pub and help her reclaim her time with her baby.

At Soul Food in the Park in York, PA, owner Audra makes up for her lack of knowledge and confidence by yelling at her husband. Robert Irvine and his team race to completely renovate her rundown building and help Audra overcome her anger issues.

  

Episode 10 - The Sinking Ship Inn

Ship Inn in Exton, PA, is sinking under the owner Michael's overbearing management style and $895,000 of debt. Robert Irvine has to overcome Michael's resistance to change and repair his fractured relationships in order to right the Ship Inn.

  

Episode 11 - Resentment on the Bayou

The married owners of On The Bayou in Milwaukee can't stop fighting, and it's destroying their restaurant and relationship, leaving them with debt and resentment. Robert Irvine must help them redefine their roles and rekindle their relationship.

  

Episode 12 - The Dutiful Son

Robert Irvine travels to Milwaukee, where owner Abel runs Mexican Village, a Tex-Mex restaurant that's drowning in debt and destroying his relationship with his children. Robert must help Abel make some hard choices to save his restaurant and his family.

  

Episode 13 - Delusions of Grandeur

In Illinois, two brothers are close to losing their French bistro, Gaston's. They blame the competition for their restaurant's failures, and Robert Irvine must convince these delusional owners to accept reality or their fantasy will end in bankruptcy.
