Episode 1 - My Mirror Image

J.D. tries to see himself as a father --The Blue Man Group makes a special appearance and Elizabeth Banks guest stars -- The staff at Sacred Heart returns for a sixth season and JD is still reeling from the news that he is going to be a father. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox -- while readying himself for baby number two -- realizes that his constant anger may have future repercussions. Elsewhere, Turk and Carla prepare for the arrival of their little one, while Elliot laments that she is the only one in the hospital not having a baby! They all begin to see a little of themselves in their patients ailments, but will they find the cures?

  

Episode 2 - My Best Friends' Baby's Baby and My Baby's Baby

My baby's having a baby-Elizabeth Banks guest stars - Carla goes into labor and an excited Turk strikes up the band -- literally -- while escorting her to the hospital, but he still feels upstaged by Elliot's attempts to make Carla more comfortable. A scheme to make himself look like the hero backfires and Turk is in jeopardy of missing the birth of his child. Lucky for him the whole thing is mistakenly being broadcast over the hospital's closed circuit TV. Meanwhile, J.D. and Kim contemplate their future and the future of their child.

  

Episode 3 - My Coffee

Getting to know you - Elizabeth Banks guest stars - J.D. spends time getting to know the future mother of his child, Kim, and finds that they are surprisingly compatible. Meanwhile, Turk gets nervous when Carla starts contemplating returning to work now that the baby is born. Thinking he won't be able to support his family he begins giving medical advice on the side for a quick buck. Elsewhere, Elliot contemplates moving into private practice while Dr. Cox finds new ways to torture her sensibilities. All the while the Janitor leads a strike of the support staff to convince Dr. Kelso that they need dental insurance.

  

Episode 4 - My House

In an episode mocking House, Dr. Cox solves three medical mysteries. JD's plan to be the best boyfriend ever so Kim will stay backfires. When Elliot starts her new job, Dr. Kelso gives her the silent treatment, and she gets mad at Turk for not caring as much as Kelso. Carla isn't ready to leave the hospital and blames her crying on the woman sharing her room.

  

Episode 5 - My Friend With Money

Elliot (Sarah Chalke) enjoys pimping out the apartment with the extra money from her new private practice gig and J.D. (Zach Braff) is enjoying the spoils, but when his jealousy surfaces he loses his new 60-inch plasma TV privileges. Elsewhere, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley), in an attempt to hide from Jordan (Christa Miller), bunks with the Janitor (Neil Flynn) in one of the hospital's luxury suites - but the happy roommates soon turn on one another and their rivalry escalates until only Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) can save them. Meanwhile, Carla (Judy Reyes) is still struggling to admit that she may have postpartum depression and Turk (Donald Faison) encourages her to seek help.

  

Episode 6 - My Musical

Life is but a song as the cast of "Scrubs" star in a musical episode with songs written by the Tony Award-Winning composers of "Avenue Q," Robert Lopez and Jeff Marks -- Stephanie D'Abruzzo (an original cast member of "Avenue Q") guest stars - - Sacred Heart is turned into a full scale Broadway stage when Patti (Stephanie D'Abruzzo) checks in complaining of hearing incessant music. While trying to determine the cause of this strange complaint the residents of Sacred Heart star in their own musical. Carla and Turk tango over her decision to be a stay at home mom or to return to work, while Elliot struggles with telling J.D. that she doesn't want to be roommates with him anymore -- both girls hope that the boy's "Guy Love" will help them through the rough patch. All the while the staff wonders if life would be happier if everyone was in constant harmony.

  

Episode 7 - His Story IV

The staff of Sacred Heart divide down political party lines - Michael Weston guest stars - While the staff questions Dr. Kelso's commitment to the hospital we begin to see the world from his point of view. But when he befriends patient, Private Brian Dancer, the war stories he brings back from Iraq remind Kelso what it means to be a good leader. Meanwhile, Dancer's presence in the hospital causes a heated political debate amongst the staffers dividing them down party lines, while everyone is fighting the patient's well-being is being neglected. Elsewhere, J.D. is in search of a new apartment and feels out of the loop when politics become the topic of the day at Sacred Heart.

  

Episode 8 - My Road to Nowhere

Road trip! Turk convinces J.D. that he needs to go to Tacoma for Kim's first ultra sound -- which results in an impromptu road trip for the Sacred Heart crew. After commandeering Dr. Kelso's new RV, Eliot, Carla, Keith, Ted and the Janitor join the father to be on his journey. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox and Jordan face some concern when her ultrasound reveals that their unborn child will need to have surgery.

  

Episode 9 - My Perspective

Gaining a new perspective -- Michael Weston guest stars-- When J.D. develops vasovagal syncope, a condition which results in fainting or blackouts, he finds himself not only having to deal with losing his girlfriend and his apartment, but also his consciousness. Eliot and Turk debate over whose turn it is to take care of the always down on his luck resident, while Carla tries out her new excuse "I have a baby." Elsewhere, the Janitor embarks on a cruise vacation...or does he?

  

Episode 10 - My Therapeutic Month

What a difference a month makes -- J.D. falls for a sexy new physical therapist but because of his unfortunate circumstances he finds it difficult to ask her out. Meanwhile, Turk breaks his arm and Dr. Kelso sends him back to residency where, with the help of Dr. Cox, he realizes that he knows less about actual medicine than he thought he did. Elsewhere, Eliot invites Keith to move in with her, but isn't quite ready to compromise her house rules. All the while Carla provides each of the doctors with guidance while they get over their fear, ignorance and stubbornness.

  

Episode 11 - My Night to Remember

A night of reminiscing brings back some unique 'Scrubs' memories - While helping a patient regain his memory, the staff at Sacred Heart stir up some memories of their own. J.D. (Zach Braff), Elliot (Sarah Chalke), Turk (Donald Faison), Carla (Judy Reyes), Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley), Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) and Janitor (Neil Flynn) take a trip down memory lane in this unique look back on six years of 'Scrubs.'

  

Episode 12 - My Fishbowl

That's not funny -- Michael Weston Guest Stars -- The day has come for Private Brian Dancer (Michael Weston) to be released from Sacred Heart, but when the military informs him that his injuries are too severe to return to service he spirals into a state of depression. Eliot (Sarah Chalke), J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald) rally around him to boost his spirit. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) informs Carla (Judy Reyes) that her jokes are just not funny. Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 13 - My Scrubs

You just need a little insurance. - Unbeknownst to Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins), J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) try to beat the system to treat the Chief's uninsured friend. Elsewhere, the Janitor (Neil Flynn) blackmails Carla (Judy Reyes) with a case of mistaken dog identity. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) tries to convince Eliot (Sarah Chalke) that a reformed drug addict isn't quite clean. All the while the entire staff is condemned to wearing dirt brown scrubs when Kelso suspects a clothing thief in their midst.

  

Episode 14 - My No Good Reason

All things happen for a reason, or do they? - One of the Sacred Heart staff goes into a life threatening coma. - J.D. and Turk try to forget that the Turk's new nanny is smoking hot, but when the pair holds a public screening of the footage from the nanny cam Carla soon catches on. Elsewhere, Eliot and the Janitor team up to cheer up a dying patient, but their actions cause Dr. Kelso to feel undermined. Meanwhile, Nurse Roberts and Dr. Cox debate whether or not "everything happens for a reason," but when a tragedy falls upon one of the Sacred Heart staff it's hard to continue the argument.

  

Episode 15 - My Long Goodbye

The cycle of life - the staff of Scared Heart Hospital prepares to say goodbye to one of their own - When Nurse Roberts' (Aloma Wright) condition worsens, the staff deals with the possibility of her passing in their own unique way. Elliot (Sarah Chalke) and Keith (Travis Schuldt) stay busy in the bedroom, while J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) resort to childish mischief and Carla (Judy Reyes) finds comfort from an unlikely source. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) and Jordan (Christa Miller) are welcoming a new life into the world and an enamored J.D. lobbies to be named the baby's Godfather. Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 16 - My Words of Wisdom

Life's Lessons-After saying goodbye to Nurse Roberts (Aloma Wright), the Sacred Heart staff institutes some of her lessons into their lives. Though Carla (Judy Reyes) thinks they've all forgotten, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) takes time to reflect on his purpose; Elliot (Sarah Chalke) opens her heart to Keith (Travis Schuldt); and J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) learn compassion. Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 17 - Their Story

In a unique twist, J.D. turns his narrating duties over to Ted (Sam Lloyd), Todd (Robert Maschio) and Jordan (Christa Miller) -- as this episode focuses on the lives of the supporting players at Sacred Heart Hospital. Ted (Lloyd) juggles fantasies in which he has a full head of hair and a reality where he is helping the nursing staff fight for a raise; Todd ( Maschio) meets his future son and helps Turk (Donald Faison) preserve his reputation and Jordan (Christa Miller) puts aside her knack for causing misery to help Elliot (Sarah Chalke) and Keith's (Travis Schuldt) relationship. Judy Reyes, John C. McGinley, Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 18 - My Turf War

Three's a Crowd - Keri Russell Guest Stars - J.D. (Zach Braff) feels a little left out when Eliot's (Sarah Chalke) wild sorority sister, Melody (Keri Russell) comes to town. Not able to deal with being the third wheel he turns the girls against each other in the hopes that he will once again be Eliot's priority friend and, if he is lucky, that he might get to "mash" it with Melody. Meanwhile, Turk (Donald Faison) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) go head to head when they disagree over whether or not a patient requested surgery is necessary. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) discovers an unlikely ghost haunting pediatrics in an attempt to keep it clean. In the end one of Sacred Hearts own will be considering a marriage proposal. Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 19 - My Cold Shower

Indecent proposal - Keri Russell Guest Stars - When Eliot's (Sarah Chalke) engagement ring doesn't fit, Keith (Travis Schuldt) agrees to a "redo" in which the particular Doctor plans her own engagement. Carla (Judy Reyes), Jordan (Christa Miller) and Eliot's sorority sister Melody (guest star Keri Russell) gather to help plan the "surprise." Meanwhile, the men of Sacred Heart are suffering from too much talk and not enough action as J.D. (Zach Braff) continually gets shot down by Melody, Turk (Donald Faison) and Carla have not been intimate since their baby was born and Dr. Kelso's (Ken Jenkins) internet is down --resulting in a lot of cold showers. In the end J.D. realizes that he might still have feelings for Eliot. John C. McGinley and Neil Flynn also star.

  

Episode 20 - My Conventional Wisdom

Unexpectedly Expecting -- Elizabeth Banks ("The 40-Year Old Virgin") guest-stars -- As Eliot (Sarah Chalke) begins to plan her wedding with Keith (Travis Schuldt), J.D. (Zach Braff) continues to question his true feelings for her. In an attempt to ease his best friend's mind Turk (Donald Faison) takes him to a surgeon's convention in Phoenix, but the plan backfires when J.D. runs into his ex-girlfriend Kim (guest star Elizabeth Banks) and comes face to face with the unexpected. Meanwhile, Kelso (Ken Jenkins) and his cronies party it up at the convention while unbeknown to him the Janitor (Neil Flynn) takes on the role of Chief of Medicine back at Sacred Heart. John C. McGinley and Judy Reyes also stars.

  

Episode 21 - My Rabbit / My Point of No Return

To be or not to be -- J.D. (Zach Braff) and Eliot (Sarah Chalke) contemplate their futures in the one-hour season finale of "Scrubs" -- Elizabeth Banks Guest Stars. -- Father-to-be J.D. (Zach Braff) invites mother-to-be Kim (guest star Elizabeth Banks) to move in with him so that they can raise their child together. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) helps bride-to-be Eliot (Sarah Chalke) plan for her upcoming wedding, while the Janitor (Neil Flynn) and the "Brain Trust" vow to make Keith (Travis Schuldt) the perfect husband-to-be. However, it doesn't seem meant to be when at the baptism for Dr. Cox's (John C. McGinley) daughter the father-to-be and the bride-to-be begin to contemplate the paths they have chosen and question whether or not they were the ones that were meant for each other all along. Elsewhere, Turk (Donald Faison) learns that life changes when you become a father. Ken Jenkins also stars.

  

Episode 101 - Guy Love

In this excerpt from the Scrubs musical episode, J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) turn their talents to singing in this tongue-in-cheek music video expressing their "Guy Love" for each other in a nothing-gay-about-it-in-our-eyes kind of way. Singing and dancing in the hallways of Sacred Heart, the devoted duo, wearing matching bracelets, proclaim their love for each other in a very manly way. This video highlights the best moments of J.D. and Turk's relationship from the past 6 years.
