Episode 1 - My Own Worst EnemyAfter finding themselves in a compromising position J.D. (Zach Braff) contemplates his commitment to Kim (guest star Elizabeth Banks) and Elliot (Sarah Chalke) struggles with the idea of her upcoming marriage to Keith (Travis Schuldt). Meanwhile, Carla (Judy Reyes), to protect her diabetic husband from his sweet tooth, allows Turk (Donald Faison) to choose one candy bar to indulge in. But with so many options how can he choose just one? Elsewhere, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) tries to solve a patient's mysterious ailment. Could the answers to all of their dilemmas be so obvious? While the staff at Sacred Heart debate their initial instincts The Janitor (Neil Flynn) is following his and entertaining a new lady friend. Ken Jenkins also stars.

Episode 2 - My Hard LaborJ.D. (Zach Braff) and Kim (guest star Elizabeth Banks) go into labor, but the moment is tense as the two worry about their future as a couple and question what it means to be great parents. Meanwhile, the other staffers at Sacred Heart prove that parenting is all about sacrifice. Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) refuses to give his daughter a shot in fear that she will associate him with pain and thus searches the hospital for someone he trusts with a needle, Turk (Donald Faison) and Carla (Judy Reyes) work on completing a video game so the temptation to play will not distract them from their daughter and Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) talks his son through a recent heartache. In the end J.D. must decide that what might be easier for him, may not be healthy for his child. Neil Flynn also stars.

Episode 3 - My Inconvenient TruthAfter watching "An Inconvenient Truth" the Janitor (Neil Flynn) vows to save the world by becoming the Environmental Officer at Sacred Heart, but the staff soon finds out that his methods of motivation are a bit peculiar. Meanwhile, J.D. (Zach Braff) has to face his own inconvenient truth when his brother, Dan (Tom Cavanagh, "Ed") returns to town and tells him that it is time to "grow-up." Elsewhere, Elliot (Sarah Chalke) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) debate over the hypocrisy of their practice. Donald Faison, Judy Reyes and Ken Jenkins also star.

Episode 4 - My Identity CrisisCarla (Judy Reyes) worries that she is losing her identity and as a result her daughter will not know her Latin heritage. Turk (Donald Faison) doesn't know how to assure his wife that their child will know about her lineage. Meanwhile, J.D. (Zach Braff) angers the staff when they realize that he uses nicknames because he doesn't know their real names -- the Janitor (Neil Flynn) challenges him to identify everyone in the hospital, if he can't J.D. must take up the mop for a day. Elsewhere, in a case of lost identity Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) realizes that he is lonely without his wife and children. Sarah Chalke and Ken Jenkins also star.

Episode 5 - My Growing PainsI don't want to grow up -- the Sacred Heart staff tries to hold on to the child inside each of them -- J.D. (Zach Braff) decides that it’s time to stop acting like a baby so he can take care of one, but when he stops participating in pranks Turk (Donald Faison) starts a mission to bring his buddy back to immaturity. While J.D. tries to play the adult, Dr. Cox, much to Carla’s (Judy Reyes) protest, feels the need to deliver sobering news -- which causes a young patient to grow up too fast. Elsewhere, Elliot (Sarah Chalke) is on a mission to throw Kelso (Ken Jenkins) a birthday party, but little does she know that revealing his true age will set in motion some big changes for Sacred Heart. Neil Flynn also stars.

Episode 6 - My Number One DoctorDr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) signs Sacred Heart up for RateYourDoctor.org, a website where patients can evaluate and score their doctors, in hopes that it will lead to better patient care. However while in pursuit of the number one spot Turk (Donald Faison) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) play dirty to take J.D. (Zach Braff) out of the running. Meanwhile, Eliot (Sarah Chalke) struggles with ethics when one of her terminal patients reveals that she intentionally overdosed on medication. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) can't figure out what the Janitor's (Neil Flynn) new girlfriend could possibly see in him.

Episode 7 - My Bad TooIt is the anniversary for Carla (Judy Reyes) and Turk’s (Donald Faison) first date and both work on getting each other the perfect gift. When Turk decides to learn Spanish, he soon realizes that being bilingual can only work to his advantage. Meanwhile, J.D. is torn about whether he should allow one of his patients, a burn victim, to attend his graduation and turns to Elliot (Sarah Chalke) for advice. Elsewhere, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) begins a game of thievery with Dr. Kelso’s (Ken Jenkins) breakfast. Neil Flynn also stars.

Episode 8 - My ManhoodJ.D. (Zach Braff) becomes scared that he is not masculine enough to set an example for his son, especially after Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) gives him a hard time about being a whiney man-child. Meanwhile, after a necessary surgery leaves him feeling less manly Turk (Donald Faison) is overcompensating his own masculinity by fighting anybody that tries to get the break room remote. Elsewhere, the Janitor (Neil Flynn) starts a hospital newspaper entitled, The Janitorial, as a result of Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) telling the Janitor that no one pays attention to anything he says. His main article makes life a nightmare for Dr. Cox. Sarah Chalke and Judy Reyes also star.

Episode 9 - My Dumb LuckDr. Cox (John C. McGinley) gets a visit from one of his recurring patients. This patient is a little different since Dr. Cox cannot seem to diagnose his problem. J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) see this as an opportunity to show up Dr. Cox and set out to find exactly what is hindering him. Meanwhile, after Elliott (Sarah Chalke) spilled the beans on exactly how old Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) really is, she teams up with Carla (Judy Reyes) to try and convince the board to not force him into retirement. Dr. Kelso troubled by the news finds a young doctor and reflects on his time at the hospital. Will Elliott and Carla be able to convince the board to keep Dr. Kelso? Neil Flynn also stars.

Episode 10 - My Waste of TimeElliott (Sarah Chalke) and J.D. (Zach Braff) seek out a former patient in order to give him compensation for prescribing a medication, which later proves to have several negative side effects. Through this experience, J.D. and Elliot realize there has been a major change in their relationship. Meanwhile, now that Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) is no longer working at the hospital, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) loves his new title, however, he is unsure if he wants all of the problems that come with it. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) approaches Turk (Donald Faison) about the possibility of having another child. Neal Flynn also stars.

Episode 11 - My PrincessDr. Cox (John C. McGinley) recounts his tough day at the hospital to his son through an imaginative fairy tale. When Princess Eliot’s (Sarah Chalke) handmaiden falls ill at the hands of an unknown monster the Village Idiot (Zach Braff) is summoned to help rescue her, but with the Dark Lord (Ken Jenkins) standing in their way, the duo can’t do it alone. The Giant (Neil Flynn) keeps an eye out for the heroes while the two-headed Turla (Judy Reyes, Donald Faison) lends some magic, but it’s the brave knight in shining armor -- storyteller -- Dr. Cox that lends them the knowledge that may save the day. However, with Dr. Kelso regulating shifts, the staff of Sacred Heart may not have time to figure out how to slay the monster. Will Eliot’s patient live happily ever after?
