Episode 3 - Bread Week

Just what you knead. Free-form soda breads, vivid rainbow-colored bagels and mighty, meaningful harvest plaques see the cooks rising to the occasion.

  

Episode 4 - Chocolate Week

The chefs hope to score points with gooey brownies, get twisted over chocolate babkas and beat the heat with white chocolate-tiered celebration cakes.

  

Episode 5 - Pastry Week

Tasty pasties packed with fresh flavors, refined éclairs, and appetizing yet architectural caged tarts push the competitors toward pastry's pinnacle.

  

Episode 6 - Japanese Week

Konnichiwa, bakers! Cuteness reigns supreme as Japanese Week brings winsome steamed buns, cunning matcha crepe cakes and kicky kawaii showstoppers.

  

Episode 7 - The '80s Week

The cooks feel the heat of '80s eats, including buttery quiches, fried finger doughnuts, and super cool ice cream cakes. But rising temps tempt fate.

  

Episode 8 - Desserts Week

It's cheesy, not easy. Star finalists rise and fall, like failed mini cheesecakes, while Sussex pond puddings and jelly art cakes shake the bakers.

  

Episode 9 - Pâtisserie (Semi-final) Week

Syrup-draped savarins, almondy Danish cornucopias, and dainty cube cakes test the chefs. Who'll land that exquisite finish or fall short of the finals?

  

Episode 10 - Final Week

Custard slices send the chefs scrambling, walnut whirls have them in a twirl, then dessert towers push them to new heights. Whose bakes take the cake?

  

Episode 11 - Great British Christmas Baking Show

Paul Hollywood, Prue Leith, Matt Lucas are joined by Baking Show: The Professionals host Tom Allen as they celebrate Christmas in the famous white tent. Also invited to the celebrations are Jamie and Rosie from 2019, Ruby from 2018 and James from 2017, all back and ready to battle in the festive fight for the Christmas Star Baker title. They’ll round off Christmas with popstar Alexandra Burke as she performs her magical version of “Silent Night”.

  

Episode 12 - The Great New Year Baking Show

The Great New Year’s Baking Show sees Noel, Matt, Prue, and Paul reunited after Christmas and back in the tent. Joining them are Helena and Henry from 2019, Nancy from 2014, and 2018 winner Rahul, all hoping to impress the judges with their skills and creativity and take home the coveted Festive Star Baker title. Together they’ll see in the New Year with a cosy sing-song round the piano.
