The bakers pastry skills are scrutinised as they tackle tarts.

  

Episode 3 - Bread

The bakers battle bread, striving to show real talent, natural instinct and creativity.

  

Episode 4 - Biscuits

The bakers take on biscuits and these bite-sized, delicate delights prove too much for some.

  

Episode 5 - Pies

The bakers tackle pies this week which include beautifully baked and seasoned pork pies, and a delicious meringue pie.

  

Episode 6 - Desserts

The remaining five bakers have to impress with their dessert skills.

  

Episode 7 - Pâtisserie (Semi-final)

The four remaining contestants begin by making a baked layered mousse cake.
