Episode 1 - Trailer

The Great British Baking Show is the ultimate baking battle where passionate amateur baking fans compete to be crowned the UK’s Best Amateur Baker.

  

Episode 2 - Cake Week

It’s week two and our remaining 11 bakers face Cake Week - kicking off with a Crowd-pleasing signature challenge. Next, the bakers turn green with Prue’s first technical challenge - a complicated cake with a very unusual ingredient. Finally, an ambitious collared showstopper turns up the heat in the tent. Who will rise to the challenge - and who will melt under the pressure?

  

Episode 3 - Bread Week

Week three of The Great British Baking Show, and its Bread Week. The ten remaining bakers have a lot to prove with three tough challenges, set by judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith…There is a teatime fruity favourite signature; a deceptively simple time-test of a technical; and an ambitious showstopper that’s the largest bread sculpture challenge ever set in the tent.

  

Episode 4 - Dessert Week

It’s dessert week on The Great British Baking Show and Prue and Paul have set three sticky challenges to test the remaining nine bakers. There is a cracking meringue signature; a wobbly technical that breaks the mould; and a complex showstopper that promises to reveal all…

  

Episode 5 - Spice Week

It’s Spice Week, which means a bitter end for at least one of the remaining bakers…Paul and Prue will be turning up the heat with a classic teatime favourite signature…There’s a technical challenge that’s one of the toughest of the series so far, as we test the bakers on a tricky Arabian pastry. And, finally, a fiddly showstopper that promises to be anything but light work.

  

Episode 6 - Pastry Week

It’s Pastry Week, and with just seven bakers left, Paul and Prue are looking for perfection. For the signature challenge, its samosa time, with a sweet and a savoury option to really test the bakers. There’s a classic French technical involving two types of pastry…and an ambitious final challenge, as the bakers are pushed to the edge with a majestic pie fit for a banquet.

  

Episode 7 - Vegan Week

Week seven of The Great British Baking Show and just 6 bakers remain. And for the very first time on Baking Show… it’s Vegan week! Prue and Paul have set three very different challenges to test the remaining bakers. A savoury pastry signature, with no butter involved… A cracking technical, with a very unusual ingredient…And finally a spectacular showstopper that, in the heat of the tent, threatens catastrophe…Who will keep their cool and win star baker? And who will be meeting their end?

  

Episode 8 - Danish Week

Week eight of The Great British Baking Show, and Velkommen to Danish week. Our five bakers are facing unfamiliar recipes as they battle to impress Prue, Paul AND Sandi…There’s a bread challenge signature where they must prove style and substance Paul sets a spherical technical - and with a place in the Baking Show Semi‐final at stake, everyone is out to impress.

  

Episode 9 - Semi-Final

It’s the semi‐final of the Great British Baking Show, and our remaining bakers are all desperate to claim their place in the final. The fantastic four know they are just three patisserie challenges away from the biggest day in their baking lives. First comes the signature, and there’s a deceptively simple challenge with Paul and Prue looking for perfection.

  

Episode 10 - Final

Twelve bakers started. Now just three remain…but only one can be crowned winner of The Great British Baking Show 2018. This week’s final sees Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith set three challenges that will test every aspect of the bakers skills…In the judges’ last signature challenge, the bakers tackle doughnuts and the tricky task of immaculate decoration…

  

Episode 11 - The Great Christmas Baking Show

Sandi Toksvig, Noel Fielding, Paul Hollywood, and Prue Leith are back in the tent for their traditional Christmas get-together. Also invited to the celebrations are Liam and Flo from 2017 and Jane and Andrew from 2016, back and ready to battle in the festive fight for the Christmas Star Baker title. They’ll round off Christmas with British rockers The Darkness, as they perform their Christmas smash hit "Christmas Time (Don't Let the Bells End).

  

Episode 12 - The Great Festive Baking Show

The Great Festive Bake Off sees Noel, Sandi, Prue, and Paul recovered from Christmas and reunited in the tent. Joining them are Kate Henry from 2014, Dr. Tamal from 2015, 2016 winner Candice and finalist Steven from 2017, all hoping to impress the judges with their skills and creativity and take home the coveted Festive Star Baker title. Together they'll see in the New Year with Britain's biggest boyband, The London Gay Men's Chorus.
