Season 14 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Cake Week

In the signature the Bakers must produce the perfect vertical layer cake. Next, an iconic chocolate cake which should be very familiar and a sponge showstopper that features a menagerie of animals.
Episode 2 - Biscuit Week

The Bakers kick off with marshmallow biscuits, inspired by childhood favourites. Next, they make a biscuit custard classic in the technical and their favorite meal out of biscuits for the showstopper.
Episode 3 - Bread Week

Starting with a classic Cottage Loaf in the signature, the Bakers then head to Devon for the technical. Finally, they get themselves in a twist with a Plaited Bread Centerpiece.
Episode 4 - Chocolate Week

With a tricky torte in the signature, a cheesecake challenge in the technical and a chocolate box showstopper, the Bakers will have their chocolate skills tested to the max.
Episode 5 - Pastry Week

For Pastry Week there will be signature savoury Picnic Pies, a classic French rough puff pastry technical and stunning decorative sweet pie Showstoppers.
Episode 6 - Botanical Week

It's Botanical week in the tent and the Bakers will tackle bakes inspired by nature. They will be faced with a spice filled signature, a herby technical and a floral dessert showstopper.
Episode 7 - Dessert Week

The Bakers kick off with a retro Crème Caramel signature and tackle a classic Treacle Sponge in the technical. Finally, for the showstopper they are tasked with creating a meringue bomb.
Episode 8 - Party Week

The Bakers will be starting off with the good old sausage roll! Next, they will make a fun chocolate party cake in the technical and an “Anything but Beige-Buffet” showstopper.
Episode 9 - Patisserie Week

The Bakers will be starting with an elegant French patisserie signature and a buttery French classic technical followed by an Italian celebration cake made up of delicate puff pastry layers.
Episode 10 - The Final

Three final challenges will test the Bakers skills. Starting with a jaw dropping choux pastry signature, a blast from the past sticky technical and the ultimate celebration cake showstopper.
