Episode 1 - 4 Star: All StarsJust when you thought it safe to go back in the kitchen, Bravo's hit culinary competition series "Top Chef 3 Miami" kicks off with an hour-long special "Top Chef: 4-Star All-Stars" on Wednesday, June 6 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. "Top Chef: 4-Star All-Stars" reunites four of the finalists from season's one and two -- team one's inaugural winner Harold Dieterle, Stephen Asprinio, Tiffani Faison, and Dave Martin compete against season two's winner Ilan Hall, Fan Favorite Sam Talbot, Elia Aboumrad, and molecular gastronomist Marcel Vigneron in a $20,000 cook-off for charity. The cook-off concludes with the two teams serving their meals to "Top Chef 3 Miami's" 15 new chefs.

Episode 2 - First ImpressionsBravo's hit culinary series "Top Chef 3 Miami" premieres with a supersized episode featuring 15 rising chefs, a sizzling Miami kitchen, and the restaurant industry's most renowned talent. Upon their arrival at Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion, the chefs are invited to sip champagne and eat hors d'oeuvres. Quickly thrown into their first quickfire challenge, they compete for the coveted prize - immunity. The chefs then must entertain special guest Anthony Bourdain (Host of "No Reservations" and Chef at Les Halles, NYC), and impress this season's judges' table - "Queer Eye's" culinary expert Ted Allen; Padma Lakshmi, cookbook author, actress and host; Tom Colicchio, celebrated culinary figure and co-founder of Craft Restaurants; and returning judge Gail Simmons of Food and Wine.

Episode 3 - Sunny DelightsMiami's fresh tropical fruits abound in the second installment of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami." Presiding over a scenic elimination is guest judge Norman Van Aken (Owner of Norman's Restaurant in Miami/Orlando), as the chefs cater a high-end gourmet barbeque party on the Intracoastal Waterway. One contestant must pack their knives and go home.

Episode 4 - Family FavoritesThe chefs get a taste of Miami's fresh local seafood in the third episode of "Top Chef 3 Miami." Later, the chefs must impress special guest judge Alfred Portale (Chef at New York's Gotham Bar and Grill) and serve memorable meals to members of an Elks Club. They will quickly learn they must go-healthy or go home.

Episode 5 - Cooking By NumbersThe remaining chefs "get their drink on" in the fourth episode of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami," charged with creating an appetizer that pairs well with a popular mixed drink. Calling the "shots" is special guest judge Jamie Walker (Global Ambassador to Bombay Sapphire Gin). Later, the chefs feel the heat from members of Chaine des Rôtisseurs, one of the most prestigious culinary food groups in the world. Special guest judge Barton G. Weiss (Owner of Barton G. Enterprises) will help determine who goes home and who is one challenge closer to becoming the next "Top Chef."

Episode 6 - Latin LunchIt's all about piecrust perfection in "Top Chef 3 Miami's" fifth quickfire challenge. The chefs must create a dish to serve the cast and crew of Telemundo's popular "Dame Chocolate" and other notable Telemundo stars. Head Judge/Chef Tom Colicchio adds to the pressure with a surprise twist. Maria Frumkin (Chef and owner of Miami's Duo and French Bakery Café) serves as this week's special guest judge.

Episode 7 - Watch What Happens SpecialIt's a "dish" unlike any other in this week's "Top Chef: Watch What Happens Special." Bravo's pop culture pundit Andy Cohen hosts a candid gathering of past and present chef'testants' as well as host Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, and judges Gail Simmons and Ted Allen. Fans will feast on never-before-seen footage and hear directly from the chefs about their experience participating in the series, winning, and being eliminated. Season 1's winner Harold Dieterle and finalists Lee Anne Wong and Dave Martin are joined by Season 2's winner Ilan Hall, Fan Favorite Sam Talbot, Cliff Crooks and Michael Midgely. The first five eliminated chef'testants' from "Top Chef 3 Miami" will join the gabfest to help reminisce and shed light on the newest season's good, bad and overcooked.

Episode 8 - Freezer BurnThe sixth installment of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami" touches on the senses as the chefs compete for immunity and must identify ingredients by sight or taste. Later, the contestants team up and work magic with frozen foods. Joining the judging panel this week is Rocco DiSpirito (Author of "Rocco's Real Life Recipes").

Episode 9 - Guilty PleasuresA sweet tooth is mandatory in the latest "Top Chef 3 Miami" quickfire challenge, which involves toppings and ice cream. Later, the chefs are challenged to prepare the perfect "hangover" snack. Govind Armstrong (Chef and owner of Table 8 in Los Angeles and Miami) joins the judges table as special guest judge and will help determine who will stay and who must pack their knives and go.

Episode 10 - Restaurant WarsThe remaining chefs battle to create the most "adventuresome" burger in the eighth episode of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami." In the elimination challenge, special guest judge Daniel Boulud (Chef and owner of Daniel and DB Bistro in NYC) has high expectations of the remaining contenders as they split into two teams to create a restaurant concept, develop the menu and serve meals to their toughest critics - the public.

Episode 11 - Second HelpingIt's a culinary relay race in this week's quickfire challenge that requires expert shucking, chopping and whipping. The first team to finish wins bragging rights, and a leg-up in the elimination competition in the form of "Top Chef" season one winner Stephen Asprinio. A surprise twist has the contestants nervous, as does special guest judge Geoffrey Zakarian (Chef for NYC's Town and Country Restaurants).

Episode 12 - Chef OverboardThe remaining chefs must prove they have aisle style and get creative at the supermarket in the 10th episode of "Top Chef 3 Miami." Later, it's sink or swim when the contestants cook on the high seas and put together a fabulous buffet spread on a budget. Special guest judge Michael Schwartz (Chef and owner of Michaels Genuine in Miami) will help determine who moves one step closer to winning the coveted title of "Top Chef."

Episode 13 - Snacks On a PlaneThe chefs roll out of bed and into their quickfire challenge in the 11th episode of "Top Chef 3 Miami." Blenders are required for that competitive edge. Then, the chefs "take-off" and join the mile-high meal club. Joining the judges' table is Jimmy Canora (Continental Congress of Chefs, Chef to the Stars).

Episode 14 - Manhattan ProjectThe 12th episode of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami" is a pressure-cooker as the remaining contestants struggle to recreate a dish made famous by special guest judge Sirio Maccioni (Owner of famed Le Cirque in NYC). Later, the competition reaches a boiling point when the chefs must cook for some of the industry's most renowned chefs. Joining the judges' table is special guest Andre Soltner (The French Culinary Institute).

Episode 17 - ReunionIt's a "dish" unlike any other on Bravo's "Top Chef: Watch What Happens Special." Bravo's pop culture pundit and programming executive Andy Cohen hosts a candid gathering of season three's chef 'testants and judges; host Padma Lakshmi, head-judge Tom Colicchio, judge Gail Simmons and culinary expert Ted Allen. Cohen will get viewers burning questions answered and dish over season three's good, bad and overcooked. Viewers will also see exclusive clips that didn't make the final cut. The winner of Bravo's "Fan Favorite" will also be announced during the reunion special.
