Episode 1 - Complicated Carriage House

The team heads to New Ringgold, Pennsylvania, in a covered wagon, ready to take down and move a complicated carriage house. They find all sorts of treasures in the 150-year-old pioneer garage before they strip and disassemble it.

  

Episode 2 - The Cabin in the Quarry

The Barnwood Builders float down the Ohio River and land in Paducah, KY, where they try to save a little cabin in a big quarry. Alex makes a chair, Sherman makes a quilt and Mark helps build a barnwood table.

  

Episode 3 - Island Fishing Cabin

Mark and his team take the logs from season three's Birds-Eye Barn and reconfigure them into a modern fishing cabin with a complicated design. While the crew finishes up, Mark goes to visit the completed Wildrock Pavilion.

  

Episode 4 - Hitting the Barnwood Jackpot

Mark's client wants to deck out his Arizona restaurant with barnwood from a Pennsylvania bank barn. Mark visits another barnwood-laden restaurant for inspiration, and he crafts a plan to work with the saved wood for this big job.

  

Episode 5 - Log Cabin Dream Come True

Tammy and her late husband dreamed of owning a store in a log cabin on their West Virginia homestead. Mark and the guys bring that dream to life for Tammy and her son by building the cabin and making homemade crafts for the store.

  

Episode 6 - Beefy Bank-Barn Beams

Mark and the guys return to Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, for some incredible chestnut beams from a massive bank barn they stripped earlier in the year. Then Mark learns to cut soap stone at a bank barn wedding venue.

  

Episode 7 - Log Kitchen Drop In

Mark and the guys head to Cashiers, NC, to build an antique log cabin in the middle of a modern home. Old wood meets new on this complicated job, and getting it right will take a lot of collaboration.

  

Episode 8 - Bristol Tobacco Barn

Mark buys a massive tobacco barn with an incredible log structure inside and wants to turn it into a cabin. It's a tricky job requiring the guys to unwrap the barn layer by layer -- will the surprises be too much of a challenge?

  

Episode 9 - Barn Beam Log Cabin Experiment

Mark's clients want bigger antique log homes, so the guys turn to barn beams from their Boneyard inventory. Mark's friend shows up to make a one-of-a-kind whiskey tap out of an unused beam end.

  

Episode 10 - Rebuilding After the Flood

After a devastating flood hits White Sulphur Springs, Mark and the guys step up to help their neighbor rebuild. They repair a garage by wrapping it in barnwood and transform a prefab shed into a log cabin playroom.

  

Episode 11 - West Virginia Legacy Cabin

Mark Bowe and his crew get a strong dose of family history in Leivasy, West Virginia, where they work on saving the O'Dell family's hand-hewn log home. Then Mark and his dad visit a log cabin built by his great-grandfather.

  

Episode 12 - Building Fort Barnwood

Mark challenges his crew to build an old-fashioned fort using spare logs and hillbilly smarts. When the temperature takes an unexpected plunge, the job becomes more difficult.

  

Episode 13 - Barnwood Showroom Transformation

The Barnwood Builders transform a nearby office space into a showroom for their business. They use vertical and horizontal barnwood and a timber frame facade and then finish off the room with barn doors and reclaimed roofing tin.
