Episode 1 - Surf 'N Turf

Guy Fieri checks out his own take on surf and turf. In Mayport, Fla., a 40-year-old fish shack getting shrimp fresh off the boat every day, and serving it nine different ways. In Manhattan Beach, Calif., a surf town cafe where the homemade menu goes from Italian pasta to Kahlua Pig Egg Rolls. And in Reno, Nev., a 54-year-old western diner doing beef-burgers by the pound.


Episode 2 - Homegrown and Homemade

Guy Fieri hits the road for some local flavor. In Lexington, S.C., a farmer's market/restaurant, where the collard greens are right off the farm. In Lackawanna, N.Y., an Italian joint serving scratch made lasagna loaded with stuffed peppers. And in Honolulu, a local favorite where the chef is putting a fresh spin on a Hawaiian fish classic called poke.


Episode 3 - Globetrottin'

This trip, Guy Fieri pulls in for a world of taste. In Los Angeles, an El Salvadoran place making traditional stuffed tortillas and a pork stew called Adobada. In Reno, Nev., a Basque joint serving oxtail bourguignon family style. And in Jacksonville, Fla., a tapas cafe doing scratch made Spanish chorizo with honey sauteed pears.


Episode 4 - Bringin' It Home

This trip, Guy Fieri visits local joints doing favorites from someplace else. In Kenwood, Calif., a family restaurant cooking up homemade, Tuscan-style Italian. In Charlotte, N.C., a neighborhood favorite serving California fish tacos. And in Honolulu, the local bar turned Irish pub where the stout's poured right and the Shepherd's Pie is scratch-made.


Episode 5 - Porkapalooza

This trip, Guy Fieri's heading out for pork-a-plenty. In Nashville, a barbecue joint that's smoking the whole hog. In Bellevue, Ky., a local cafe making andouille sausage from scratch. And in Long Beach, Calif., a neighborhood favorite where they're stuffing honey-marinated pork chops with granny smiths and cranberries.


Episode 7 - Comfort Food With Attitude

This trip, Guy Fieri's rolling out for a new take on old favorites. In Truckee, Calif., a vintage diner taking meatloaf to a whole new level. In Cincinnati, a chili parlor taking the local favorite to the next level; and in Atlantic Beach, Fla., an Irish pub making a Guinness Beef stew recipe straight from the Emerald Isle.


Episode 8 - Fast Food Their Way

This trip, Guy Fieri's pulling up for a different kind of fast food. In Honolulu, a 48-year-old drive-in where burgers and dogs come with rice and macaroni salad. In Duluth, Minn., a deli on the north shore of Lake Superior where you can grab fresh smoked fish, for here or to go, where he's joined by Steve Hutchinson of the Minnesota Vikings. And all over Los Angeles, a taco truck doing Chinese-Mexican fusion.


Episode 9 - Farm to Table

This trip, Guy Fieri's getting it straight from the farm -- and the ocean. In Midway, Ky., a sandwich joint putting local flavor into their homemade bread. On Saint Simons Island, Ga., a vacation hot spot serving the low-country catch and Cajun coastal favorites. And in Washington, D.C., a pizza joint/ping pong parlor where folks can hit the tables for a quick game and order pizza with red sauce that's straight off the vine.


Episode 10 - Kansas City Barbecue Tour

This trip, Guy Fieri's on the inside track to Kansas City barbecue. In an industrial neighborhood, an award winning pit master serving up the KC specialty, burnt ends. In a southern suburb, a classically trained chef putting his spin on smoked pork. Then just down the street, a joint where they're taking barbequed chicken to the deep fryer. And at an old wood yard, mixing up a one-of-a kind rub for baby back ribs. Barbecue master Ray Lampe joins Guy at one of the stops.


Episode 11 - Burgers 'N More

This trip, Guy Fieri's rolling out for the all-American favorite, and then some. In Kansas City, Mo., a pub where they're dipping burgers in tempura batter or putting them between a pair of grilled cheese sandwiches. In Truckee, Calif., a warehouse-turned-burger spot loading them with cold cuts and chili. And in Nashville, a Greek restaurant serving a bacon burger with a twist -- it's made with lamb.


Episode 12 - You Called It

This trip, Guy Fieri's headed where you sent him. In Frankfort, Ky., an old diner where a high-end chef is scratch-baking French bread for his Oyster Po' Boy. In Cloquet, Minn., a burger joint that's been making their hand-pattied Double Cheeseburger the same way for 50 years. And in Fountain Valley, Calif., a coffee shop run by a former Marine where they're serving up a mess hall favorite on an actual mess hall tray.


Episode 13 - Old Time Attitude

This trip, Guy Fieri's rolling out for some longtime traditions. In Nashville, a family-style restaurant doing their James Beard Award-winning take on an old-school Southern classic -- meat and three sides. On Saint Simons Island, Ga., a barbecue joint where the pit master's smoking the old way -- at a 1940s gas station. And in Wells, Maine, a local favorite from the 50's dishing up New England comfort food like Seafood Chowder and Lobster Pie.
